Glad you are planning your cycle. I think I'll be an october optimist, not 100% sure.
Have you thought of a name for the november cycle?
What about november noodles? :snigger:

There is a slight chance - i'll be in november - i was hoping to be october but because of a long protocal cycle and irregular periods, its yet to be certain :innocent:

heres another hoping to hop on to the november board!

my 1st ICSI did work but after2 emotional weeks i eventually m/c at 6w1d so i am very aprehensive about trying again.

i think i will be ready by october to start end of and hope for outcome in early dec 09 (but that is body and clinic allowing)

been thinking about cycle names ans have a few words/phrases:
next
novices
nurture
november nurturers
nurtured in november?

hope the month gets a name soon, november seems boring compared to the others! last years november nawties seems cheeky!!

xXx

Reckon I might be a November too! trying to think of a funky name but can't!

Apparently I have to have 3 cycles (not including the bleed when ICSI failed) and go back on the waiting list. I notice some people wait about a year between cycles, is that by choice or because you have been on a waiting list again? I had assumed it would just be a case of waiting for 3 cycles and then going again.

I'm feeling so so tired this week, suppose it's only been just over a week since AF started and my body has been through a lot but I'm really struggling to get through the day at work at the moment!

i can only think of negative names and one just made me laugh : november numpties!! numpty is one of my fave words!! but not very apt for a cycle buddy chatter!

im posting in the october optomists but realistically i think im kidding myself that i will be doing the ec/et in october as i havnt even had my return appointment from the last cycle yet!! grrrrr

plus i still have a stone to loose for my personal goal for booking in!

good luck finding a name

Hey thats great news Maria, I remember you on previous thread as think you live at Ipswich don't you? I'm at Capel St Mary just outside of Ipswich! I just checked your ticker and think I literally start my dr-ing 4 days before you (cycle behaving itself of course!)

You girls are so right about the waiting room, I always want to have a good old natter to see how everybody is doing, its the obvious place to make so great friends and support and yet you would think everybody was on the London Underground the way nobody speaks! ha ha.... :snigger:

Tas/Tracey, I hadn't noticed we were all at Bourn, be lovely to see one another there at some point.

How exciting, Im wishing the days down like you wouldn't believe, I have never looked forward to autumn so much in my life!!! :P

To everyone else hope that you are all well. I've got my co-ordination meeting on Friday, OMG can't believe it's less than a week away. Hi November Nurterers!

How are you all doing today?

Isn't it nice to finally have an official thread with a great new name.

Makes it feel like we are almost nearing the start of our treatment.

Is anyone doing anything different this time round? I am trying to eat more healthly, take more exercise and cut out caffiene.

Hi Tas

I know its exciting now isnt it!! Loving our new thread title too!

I am eating as much organic stuff as I can and taking 3 months of Zita West Vitafem and VitalDHA supplements, eliminating caffeine and trying to get my 5 a day, everyday!

Wishing us all heaps of luck. xxxx :P

my AF isnt playing ball!! i may end up on the december board!! and thats "if" i can get treatment next AF- im STILL waiting on my follow up appointment from the bfp/MC in june/july!!! a rediculously long wait for a private appointment!
i dont even know if my clinic will accept me for another cycle till ive had the appointment grrrrrrr

i do like the name, sounded the nicest and most maternal name for the thread

im on xenical to try and help with weight loss so i can get my BMI down for the next try as i gained 2 stone the last time (ok so i gained a lil before hand coz i was relaxed/done with dieting after having dieted for over a year!!!)

trying to encourage DF to quit smoking again since he started back up un july after all the stress of my mc. sigh but he isnt ready to quit again.

Hi Girls hoep that you are all well.

Shirlz two of my friends had a m/c after successful Tx and their AF was longer to make an appearance. Fingers crossed it will show up soon.

AFM it's co-ordination meeting today so will know later on if it will be October/November will just have to wait and see. Got a long list of questions including can I start my injections tomorrow as it's day 21? We're hoping to go to Blasto this time so fingers crossed.

And Shirlz, really wishing your AF to arrive so you can be a November Nurterer! xxxx

40

Friday, September 4th 2009, 3:38pm

my af has been and has almost gone (was weird and not like usual, but hasnt been ever since the cycle) but my dates for next cycle will be messed up coz i need to wait for the return consultation before i can do anything- and then its too late for cd21- so its THIS cycle that needs to be 28 days or i will be moving into december!! grrrrr
n thats IF my NHS funding is in place!!! gosh its confusing!!

pushoz good luck for today, but if you start jabs tomorrow you wont be a nov nurturer!!

42

Friday, September 4th 2009, 3:55pm

a lot of "if's" and "but's" and it all depends on funding and getting closure on my bfp/mc cycle!!!
the wait for this appointment has been so frustrating. and at the end of the day there is no written confirmation of my NHS funding either!!! or if it is approved the clinic may be too busy to take me this time!!

i hate not knowing about things, feels like im not in control and i dont like that!!

hey ho, nowt i can do till i get the courage to ring up about the funding or push for a cancellation appointment! maybe by monday i will have grown a set of balls and phone my clinic again to remind them im still waiting on a response!

hope you are coping ok rachael- we must have gone thru similar in july- i just saw your ticker.

Well girls I'd definately a November Nurture, start my jabs four weeks tomorrow. A bit odd because I only have one scan and then it's ET! Ok there is two weeks between this but I feel I'm missing out not having all the appointments.

Fingers crossed simple will be best and we will get our positive this time round.

Hi girls,

not sure if I should be joining you or the december thread... I've just had a miscarriage, just waiting for my body to settle down so I can start the pill, then wait for one AF before starting DR on the next cycle. If all goes well I'll hopefully be having EC/ET late November.

I recognise a couple of names - Pushoz and Curlywurlylass, I think I cycled with you last time.
