Sorry, can't help you, Hun. I never downregged on any of my cycles but went straight to stims each time.
Just want to wish you the best of luck with your cycle

On our first cycle of IUI Jo started downregging on day 21 (Burserelin inhaler).
On what would be the equivalent of day 37, the blood result was low enough to start the Gonadotrophin injections in the bum cheek.
The last 'sniff' was at 8pm on day 49 and then at 10pm we did the trigger shot (Ovitrelle) in the tummy.
At 9am on Day 51 the semen sample was left for washing and was collected at 12pm. Basting was then at 12:45pm the same day.

So basically a full cycle of IUI from day 1 (1st AF) to insem is 8 weeks.

Zoe

On our cycle the 2nd AF (the one after the Norethisterone tablets) came on day 31 and finished by day 37. Day 38 was then the first day for the Gonadotrophin jabs in the bum cheek.

Hope this helps.

Starfish

Don't know if this helps but here is my experience of ovulation induction IUI

AF
DR on day 21

Day 3 of next AF - scan and stimms if endometrium and ovaries are okay.
Stimms daily - scans and blood every 2-3 days
Stimms for approx 12 days (although very variable)
When scan shows 1-2 follies are approx 18 mm in size
HCG injection and stop stimms
IUI 72 hours after HCG
TWW

Sorry if this is as clear as mud
