Good luck tomorrow my lovely! I treated it as if I was pregnant, didn’t eat certain foods, didn’t lift anything heavy, didn’t clean the cat litter tray out, didn’t hoover etc.

I took the time off work, personal preference obviously, was very chilled for the first few days.

I ate Brazil nuts and the middle of fresh pineapple to help implantation, are protein rich foods and drank lots of water, ate mostly warm foods to keep food blood flow to the uterus.

I didn’t do my normal exercise, obviously no swimming, went for nice walks, did gentle yoga.

Did Zita West’s visualisation at least once a day, and really, really, really tried to keep PMA.

Have lots of boxsets to hand, especially funny ones.

Let us know how you get on hon xx

Thanks so much for your replies girls, I'm really excited for tomorrow I just love having the few hours out with OH and chilling maybe stop for lunch on way home.
I bought Brazil nuts and 100% pineapple juice? I hate fresh pineapple?!?!
I have slacked with the protein and water since EC so need to get on the ball again still having 2L but was on 3l a day.
Very bloated from the gel.
I had 6 good quality embryos on Sunday according to embryoligist so will keep fingers crossed. Xx

The bromelain that you need is only in the stem hon, and I had heard that fresh pa juice can cause miscarriages, no idea how true that is but just steered clear.

Timenoff is such a personal preference, I think you will feel absolutely fine, it’s way easier than EC, good to keep busy xx

Thank you ladies for your kinds words, I am on cloud 9 today. Just very overwhelming the whole experience, I'm off for some relaxation. My reflexologist can't do work on my feet tonight but instead is going to do some guided meditation which should be interesting to say the least.
All the tips I will try they are worth a shot, I always read a myth about McDonald's chips after transfer so we stopped on the way home too lol.

hi hopeful girl.

I stopped North on Sunday and AF Still hasn't arrived and doesn't feel like anytime soon - I'm due to start injections on Friday. Funny thing is , had I not have taken North my own actual period was due today and I am like clockwork so would probably have come on its own xx

Don't worry - happened me before but I still had to start the injections as planned.

The last time I asked the nurse, when does it die down and the nurse told me, if you’re pregnant it won’t! And if you’re not pregnant will after you stop taking it. That’s why , she told me, ones that go through ivf are “ early show-ers” in first trimester are bigger than natural pregnancies and then after it evens out the same- so she told me anyway. I have found it went down after stopping progesterone!

Gosh girls I am still so sore, its even sore when I sneeze and laugh.
Up in middle of the night at the toilet I was so crampy.
Taking it easy at work just sitting at my desk all day and then in evenings just chilling too.
I was worried today of possibly late OHSS so I said if I am still bad later I will ring clinic again in the morning.
How was scan hopeful girl? My 1st scan I was nervous but not bad on the 2nd one.
Tempted to test tomorrow 9dp5dt???? xx

When's your scan Dusky? Do you have a scan before starting your menopur? I don't have a scan until I've been on menopur for a few days x
