Missing Acrosomes - has anyone had experience with this?

Hi all, we are just editing for dates to start ICSI somewhere between March and May. My tests all came back fine after TTC for 3 years. DH however was told he had missing acrosomes, has anyone had this and been successful with ICSI?

Also how do you handle things - it's s lot more common for female issues but I worry my hubby feels like he has let me down in some way. He has made some comments about the fact it's me that has to go through all the treatment but it's "his fault" I see no blame if course but I want to make him feel better before we start
