downregulation new to it

hi dearies .. im 32 .. my DH 34 .. due to severe male factor my dr decided icsi .. so procedure started .. my downregulation is started on day 21 .. n on day 29 i got periods .. im injecting daily subcutaneous injections .. i feel no side effects of it .. now for last two days im having insomnia .. it might b due to stress .. plz help me n tell me .. will i be successful in this first step of downregulation ?o(

Hey xyz33 I was the same using stimms it was like my brain would just not switch of I downloaded an app for relaxation(I'm not usually into that kind off thing but I was desperate and tired lol, it helped a bit I know it's worth a try, xxx

I had no side effects from down reg but I knockouts of ladies that did and insomnia was pretty common. Drink loads of water and try to relax if you can. Good luck xx
