semen test result...quite worried

hi there, just got my second semen test that made me quite worried. i spoke to my GP and he said he doesn't know anything about it and he is referring me to fertility specialist. he is not specialised in it and unable to read and understand the terminologies written in the report so i was like sharing my report here might help me out

volume of sperm --------------------- 3.8ml
number of sperm per ml ------------27.8 10*6/ml
% Progressive motility ---------------31%
% total motility ------------------------40%
time from ejaculation to test --------80min
viscosity --------------------------------normal
acidity -----------------------------------7.2
nucleated cells not sperm -----------3.4
esterase test ---------------------------15
MAR -------------------------------------negative
abstinence ------------------------------3d
vitality ------------------------------------not tested
comments -------------------------------<5% oval forms seen by light microscopy

(NOTE) overall, the persistenece of "nucleated cells other than sperm" (NCOS) is a factor associated with a 'possible' cause of subfertility. Referral to a fertility specialist is recommended.

now kindly shed some light on this report please.

Welcome..

I am not a doctor.. but its not all that bad! at least your making 80 million of them.

Step 1 is not to worry, stress can cause more issues.

Maybe a diet change, exercise with a combo of vitamins will boost them
chin up dude..
