Kallmanns Syndrome - please advise

My husband was diagnosed with Kallmanns Syndrome when he was 14. He has been on testosterone replacement therapy ever since.
We would like to state ttc in about a year and have booked to see his endocrinologist next month. I know that he'll likely have no sperm and will have to go on gonadotrphin therapy. I'm just so worried that even after that we'll struggle to conceive. I REALLY want kids and would be devastated if we are unable.
Does anyone have experience with Kallmanns syndrome? What are our chances of natural conception with gonadotrophin therapy?

Thank you in advance!

Hi I am sorry to know about yr dh troubles. The most effective way is to see your doctor or fertility specialist. It is my opinion
