Herbal Tablets - Do they work??

I am looking into buying (from H&B so I know they are the real deal)...

Flaxseed (Linseed)
& also Agnus Castus (ChasteTreeBerry)

Has anybody tried these for either, regulating their hormones & weight... or indeed for TTC? :whistling: :S

I have severe PCO and my body has never worked... History of countless fertility treatments, miscarriages, ectopic & finally IVF resulting in our miracle baby girl : D
Was worth it all in the end! BUT... I have serious weight issues, doesn't matter what I do, I can't lose weight!
And it's down to my hormone imbalance :-( ;(

To answer your question: if they did, there would be no need for medical treatment. You can use them as supplements, but they don't 'cure' you. To regulate hormones you need to see a doctor. If you want to take supplements properly and to make sure they help rather than hinder you need to see a nutritionist.
Take care

The doctors can't give me anything to regulate my hormone levels though?
They won't give me birth control pills, because I suffer with paralysis migraines so too big a risk of stroke apparently ;(

So basically it seems I have to remain fat forever ?o(
Literally nothing works ... diets, exercise... my weight won't even shift by 1lb

I don't think supplements alone are the answer. Have you seen a nutritionist? Try it. They may have a different approach.
