donor sperm advice

Hi can any one tell me when donor sperm is used in ivf do they match sperm genetic to your partner's?
xfingers TTC since 2013
Waiting for wls (2014)
OH-Azoospermia confirmed(2013)
OH- Couple sperm found on test after sperm wash (2014)

from what i remember they aak you to jot a frew choices.down.

when we used donor sperm (bfn we asked for green eyes and brown hair as we both have that in common.
but this was yrs ago, and it may have changed although i doubt it.

no, at the time there was no waiting list as donor products were still allowed to be anonymous at that time and i was paying for treatment as well, dont know.if that helped.
dont know how good a.match it was as my first donor sperm cycle ended in m/c and the 2nd was a negative.

I'm sorry for your loss, yesterday the doctor told us that donor is our only option now, were both very gutted about it. There is so many question going around my brain about using donor sperm. I really don't feel 100% about it. Was thinking if there is anything like counselling for couple using a donor. :-( :-( ;( ;( ?o(
