Hi Ellie,

We did all our ICSI cycles here. We did them when the clinic had just opened and found the consultant excellent. We now have 15 month identical twin boys and couldn't be more grateful! if you have any questions I'd be happy to try and answer them.

Wishing you all the luck in the wordl for your BFP!

Wow identical twins!!
Looks like we will have icsi.
Did u have 1 or 2 embryos transferred?
I'm a little nervous about twins, but I don't want to risk only having one embryo transferred!

We had two embryos transferred on the first attempt - the consultant recommended it considering my age!!!! That resulted in a miscarriage.

Our last attempt was only one embryo and that gave us the identical twins. So, either way there was always the risk of twins!!!

I think that, given your young age, you'd have one embryo transferred. Twins are hard work but they are so worth it, but the consultant will talk through all the risks/benefits involved!
