Endocrinologist referral in 3 weeks - what to expect?

Just wondered if anyone has any tips or advise of what to expect at my OH's endocrinologist initial appointment? We are in Scotland and his name is Dr Andrew J Sommerfield it's at Hairmyres in East Kilbride.
We already have had 2 SA's, (azoo result), one testosterone, FSH, LH blood test - showed low testosterone levels, a second blood test done to confirm plus prolactin levels, results pending. Ultrasound also done- results pending.
So what other things will be investigated and how?
Many thanks for your thoughts.
