Uterine Biopsy for NK Cell testing

Hi ladies

I wonder if I may ask you all a question please.

I had my uterine biopsy to test NK cells in early March and the results have come through already saying that my result was 1.5% & the upper normal result is 5% therefore classed as normal. I was hoping for it to be high so that I had an answer to a problem but clearly i'm more troubled than that!!

Now as much as I understand the biopsy results are very different to blood tests done so until I have my follow up consultation on Friday I can't throw anymore light onto the situation.

I just wondered if anyone else has had this and what was your result?

I'm going to see my consultant in April (ages away yet) he already offered me Prednisolone and poss Clexane (depending on level 1's) and that was without testing so it can't help to try them with my next cycle can it?

P.S we can't really afford all the level 2's which is why I opted for this test.. maybe I shouldn't of! Anyhow as we are already £13,000 down now and only just scrapped enough for another go I guess we shall just HOPE that god's looking down on me x

Hope your consultant will give you some answers. The uterine biopsy only says your nk cell are ok in your uterus. You need the level 2 immune tests more more info.
See what the consultant will say. Good luck
