Hi Ladies,

Sorry to repeat the same question yet again, but it feels like a eurika moment now I've recieved my results back today .

Unfortunately, I'm away from home so dont have my Dr.Beer book, but patience has got the better of me and I wonder if anyone can confirm if im understanding my results correctly (from what i've read on this site.)

I've got my consultation with Care on Thursday, but I'd love to be pre-prepared so I have an idea of what they are likely to says before I start to go crazy! .....thanks in advance

50:1 - 10.9
25:1 - 5.5
12.5:1 - 3.2

I think these are all ok

IgG conc 12.5 50:1 ** 3.3%
IgG conc 12.5 25:1 ** 2.6%
IgG Conc 6.25 50:1 ** 3.3%
IgG conc 6.25 25:1 ** 3.9%
** > 10% reduction in killing at each effector/target ratio

I think this shows if the above were an issue, IVIG would work for me? However I dont think i need this.

CD3 - 87.9% * (slightly high - normal limit 60 - 85)
CD19 – 3.6
CD 56 - 5.6
CD19+cells, CD5+ *16.7 (high – normal limit 5 – 10)


I read extra progesterone & steriods ususally treat CD3 / CD19/5 - is that right?
If so I'm worried as I've had 20mg of predicilone for my last 2 txt (once from ET, other from stimms) plus extra progesterone (pessaries & injections).

Do you know if they offer anything else to help reduce these?

this seems to be a foreign lanuguage! I think as long as the numbers dont match we are ok - is that right? But I did read on one post that 05 was bad linked with high NK cells, but I dont have these so hope thats ok???

I know I really am second guessing, but if you lovely ladies have any advice I really appreciate your thoughts,

Hi Ladies,

I've read some more and now thanks to some great posts converted my DQ Alpha into the following:

Me : 1.1, 3.1
DH : 2.1, 4.1

So as I understand it we don't have a match.

However, I did read that some clinics class even one instance of 4.1 as an issue - and sometimes treat.

Do any of you ladies have any experience of this? We are under Care Nottingham,

Ah Lief, that's kind of you thanks.
To be honest I'm relieved there is something wrong so at least I have a reason in my own head why that last 6 treatments have been unsuccessful.

We've our review tomorrow so will be interested to see what they suggest.

Just really, really want to start treatment again ASAP.

By the way - huge congrats on your 2 LO's xx
