can anyone help a newbie here????

hi everyone im a newbie on this site so hellllo!!!!!
a quick run down of me ......31 hubby 32, i have 10yr old (previous relationship) we have been ttc for 3years :-( just before xmas we found out our problem is male factor, ive since had clear hsg and ultrasound etc. we are awaiting hubbys second sa results, ive banned hot baths and caffine, got him on loads of vits (vitc, zinc, macca, vit e etc etc)
but i just wanted to post the 1st results and see if anyone can shed some light for me please???

volume- 2.0ml
ph-7.5
abnormal forms- 97%
progressive motility- 16%
non-progressive motility- 11%
sluggish- 9%
count- 37x10^6 (30-225)

my questions are regarding ''progressive motility''........i know this is a very low %, but does this mean 16% are moving forward properly? should the motility not be called ''excellent'' or something like that?? is it 16% of 37million?? or is the count 37million per ml?? so is it 74million count??
i know our morphology is bad also, but it was the count and the motility i am confused about. please help anyone, any info welcom xxxxxxx

sorry I'm no expert. Id advise posting your question in the life on the lab section and one of our sperm specialists should help. They are very busy in the outside world so it may take a few days to get back to you.

Louimum- life into the lab is best for an expert interpretation of your hubbies said results. But I would say that it's not the worst sample ever and people with less so keep trying it may just take a little while longer and best of luck to you both.
