Where O where has the feeling in my nipples gone?

Hi All.
Prior to pregnancy all was normal on the boobie front.
When I was PG my nipples were extra sensitive. Then when Mimi was born 10 weeks early I pumped for an hour every 3 hours for 4 weeks before giving up, due to lack of milk supply.

Well anywahey I can not feel my raspberry ripples at all. Not a thing. I have tried, DH (with much persuasion) tried and nothing, nada, zip, zilch, zero.
They are numb :(:(:(.

Has anyone else had this. Will the sensitivity return or am I doomed to lose sexual feeling from this area for all eternity?

Thanks in advance.

sorry, cant give you answer, think its down to the individual. before bf ing i had no feeling in my nips at all, nada zilch nothing. my dh got pleasure from them , but for me it was irritatin. after bfing i have feeling in my right nip, which is quite pleasurable, so cant help as i say think its down to the individual.

sorry, but maybe someone will be along later with a more definitive answer

Hmm, I don't know either I'm afraid, all I can say is that mine are the same! I am guessing they have just toughened up to cope with all the sucking and that at some point sensitivity will return. I have been BFing for a year now so I guess mine are as tough as old boots! :snigger:
