low amh and low sperm morphology

DH and I have a 16mth old son conceived after our 1st ivf. We are in the unexplained infertility category and have been trying naturally since may this year but are still hoping for a little miracle. Yesterday we went for a review app at the ivf clinic and were told that my amh was low at 3.8 (not sure on the units they use) and DH's sperm results were good except for his morphology which has gone down to 3%. On our previous ivf cycle we had poor fertilisation (only one egg fertilised from the 6 collected) due to the eggs and sperm not binding. Could this be because of the morphology? And could this be why we are unable to conceive naturally?
The clinic have advised us to go for icsi using the short protocol this time.
