Foods to eat during stims

Hi there,
I'm due to start my stims on Saturday and just wondering if anyone has any tips on what to eat to try and improve egg quality/ increase number of eggs. I've heard about brazil nuts and pineapple- not sure if that is for implantation. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Hi morvc, I have been drinking 1pt milk and about 5-6 pnts water a day. The milk is to help with protein for eggs but water also to flush through kidneys as ovaries and therefore follies are very near kidneys so you need to keep everything flushed through and my clinic said that will help egg quality.

I have also been having nettle tea every day again to help detox... Been on this for about 6 months... As advised by acupuncturist and have just upped fruit and veg intake and also red meat to help build lining.

I have about 20 follies so can't tell you about quality, I am in for EC tomorrow so can Leybourne know if my little regime worked then! I have heard about Brazil's and pineapple for implantation

Good luck! Xx

Btw, I've just heard back that from my EC, they collected 19 and 14 have fertilised so I am pretty pleased with that, and my lining was 12mm. I don't know if I can put it down to my regime, but it has certainly helped produce the follies.

Still a way to go until transfer, but feeling good about it do far, so forcing the milk down was worth it :-) xx
