Hi there and sorry that you are having these concerns,

I do not believe there is any way to increase AMH (although I may stand corrected). Please be careful not to associate low AMH with low egg quality as is the case with many ladies. It does not automatically mean you cannot have a healthy pregnancy using your own eggs. I have low AMH too (1.13 earlier this year) and am pregnant with twins using my own eggs. It can be done! AMH is an 'indicator' of how you may react to stimulation medication (i.e. Gonal-F) not that you have low quality eggs (although this can be the case for a number of other reasons).

FSH is a different matter from what I can make out and it can fluctuate and with some special diets and other techniques may be lowered over time. I am not sure of the exact nature of this but am sure someone will come along shortly to explain. I also have high FSH (12.4 in 2009) which I can only assume will have increased further over the past three cycles of ICSI.

Do not lose faith.

Hi Joanna and welcome to :FZ:

Unfortunately there is no treatment for lowering the FSH or increasing the amh. I am in the same position as you. The only thing that has helped me a bit is acupuncture to balance the hormones. Check the Zita West for more info if you like or look here: INFO: A ROUGH GUIDE TO EGG QUALITY & AGE

High fsh and low amh are not causing infertility, but they are a symptom of older biological age.

They can do operations to open your tubes but those are not always successful as the fallopian tubes are very delicate organs, so they may not be able to completely repair it. One of my tubes is also blocked as well.
Good luck with your journey
