No period and BFN!!!

Hello ladies,

I am very confused and upset: I am two days late and this is only the second time ever it happens in my life, the first being with my pregnancy. I did a HPT this evening and it is a clear BFN ;(

I don't know what to think. The only reason I can think of is royal jelly, which I started roughly 6 weeks ago. I stopped it yesterday, so let's see if I get my period. I also had a very stressful period at work (nearly lost my job) a couple of weeks ago, so that could be another reason?

Sorry if I sound silly, but again being late is a total shock for me.

Thanks for reading.

Yes, the stress could certainly be a reason for late AF. Not sure about the Royal Jelly (maybe someone else can help you here). I had a 10 day late AF once, it was so frustrating, especially as I am also never late.
I am sorry this is happening, hopefully she will rear her ugly face soon so you can get beck on track xxx

There could be many reasons why its late. I had one last week that was 3 weeks late for no reason.

If it doesn''t start perhaps in another week may be worth discussing it with your GP.x

Thanks for your replies daisy and gemma. To make things worse, I will not be able to have FET in July as we are leaving the 20th and the Dr feels the timing isn't good. So it will have to be at some point in October for me X( ... ;(

No sign of AF as yet, let's see how it goes.

Oh that's PANTS. Poor you - don't the doctors realise that every month that crawls by while we wait for treatment feels like a year?

:hugs:
