Grown too. The few people who were guessing if I had hit the pies or was
Pregnant have now no excuse in guessing right!

Update on the buying lists for you-general furniture we have:
Wardrobe - ikea, dead easy to assemble again! Gliding chair for me for feeding.
A small book shelf for boxes to store blankets and odds and ends.
Two high book shelves wall hung. Cot that converts to a junior bed from Kiddicare.

Hey Red glad you had a lovely time :)

Another little snippet of info for you all - ASDA have a temp offer on their "Little Angels" newborn size nappies - 44 pack....£1 ! Limited to 3 per customer and dunno when the shelf price will change - it doesn't show as an offer. Get stocking up! In my experience there's nothing wrong with shops own brand nappies and for £1 you're saving a small fortune for the first coupla months

Oops been a while since I last came in here, and it seems a lot of people have moved already!
Miss Purple thank you for the tip with the nappies, I will have to head down there, but we've worked out with twins 44 nappies will last about 2days! I'm going to be going to Asda a lot just to a get a weeks worth of nappies!!

I did want to ask a quick question, has anyone got one of those super dooper pillows that you can cuddle up with? If so any recommendations? I'm finding myself not sleeping very well and in need of something to help support all that bits that wobble :O

Red thank you for all the lists, you don't know how much it's helping, I've felt quite overwhelmed and in trying to get buying have instead managed to avoid baby things! I am taking your lists as an excellent guide!

I hope everyone else is well!

Fuzzy - I bought two, a dream genie and this one: MATERNITY/PREGNANCY/NURSING SUPPORT BODY PILLOW & COVER | eBay
The one of ebay is FANTASTIC - beat the dream genie hands down, which I found to be disappointingly small and inadequate. Hope that helps!!

Hi fuzzy bee

I have a sleep pillow from jojomamanbebe. It's longer than the dream genie
and is fab to sleep with. It also doubles up when zipped as a nursing pillow
And a baby nest once they can sit up. It is fantastic if you are struggling
To sleep.

I think it was about 40 pounds and is one of the best things I've bought.
You'll find it on their website, I think boots sell them too.

Hi Ladies

Haven't been on much lately, things have been so busy since my daughter started secondary school. Her Guillian Barre Syndrome is still with her and leaving her very tired so the last few weks have been full of communications with the school and then evenings of homework and waiting on her so she can get some rest. I'm so proud of how shes doing though.

Just as I manage to find time to come on and write something I'll be leaving beause I'm 29 days tomorrow so moving over to 3rd tri chat.

Had my 4d scan a couple of weeks ago and the pictures were amazing. My daughter had a coule of the pictures put on a key ring and she takes it to bed with her, its so sweet.

For the lady asking about cushions I can agree with what the other girls have said, the dream genie is very disappointing. I wouldn't bother with one of those. Don't know wabout the others as I was so put off after the dream genie didn't get another but my friend just went to Dunelm and they have bolster pillows which are very long and various other shapes at a fraction of the price of the maternity pillows and they've worked really well for her.

Hope everyone is well and I'll see some of you soon over in 3rd tri.

Thank you for the pillow talk! So I won't be getting a dream genie then!
Ruby maybe I should get a cat to cuddle up to?!

I did have another question.... are you all having flu jabs?

Just about to go get my tickets to the baby show at the end of the month, I figure it will be a good time to try out prams etc. Right I'm for a snooze.....

I think I will have a flu jab, as Im a nurse I have one every year and Dr and midwife say it's perfectly safe for baby. Your immune system is lowered when you are pregnant so you are more susceptible to bugs and complications from them. Saying all that I haven't actually booked it yet as sooooooooooo lazy at mo.
All of you with big pillows what happens if you want to lay on your other side? Do you roll it over with you?
Have to go into town today and get some winter maternity clothes, all mine are a bit on the light side. Would rather stay at home, two cats cuddled up with me now xxxxxx

Hi All

Ruby BIscui and Bic - I am soooo glad someone else is feeling tired, this week has really hit me and I feel like sleeping on my laptop or cat cuddling constantly, if they would sit still long enough. : D

As for the pillow the one I have is a g shape, so rolling is quite difficult as the bottom bit goes between your knees or thighs, depending on your preference. I am finding that
I prefer to stay on one side when I sleep or my bump feels uncomfortable, so I havent given it much thought. The only thing I do find is I do get hotter with it, so if you have a hot bedroom
you might want to turn the heating down a notch or prop a window.

Fuzzybee - i wasnt going for the flu jab, just personal choice, I try and avoid any meds/vaccines just because I prefer to fight them off. Touch wood - am doing ok so far, hubby's had two stinkers of colds and I
have managed to avoid both. Work folk with colds are also being very sensible and not even stepping in my office, so a good dose of hand cleanser every once in a while seems to be doing the trick.

Hey to everyone else. Anyone finding they feel different as we head into 3 tri, or just getting bigger? I have definitely lost my sense of bump size, as I keep getting stuck places I used to fit through
or bumping into things. Really going to have to start walking around with my hands in front of me as my brain thinks I am the same size I was before.

Off to my 28 week appt in a mo, hoping all is going to be fine.

Take care all, RED

Red I think you need whiskers!!! I know I'm still quite a way behind many of you but I forget sometimes that I can't squeeze through gaps like I used to!
Bic I like the sofa too, I don't remember it being that comfortable before but somehow now I sit on it, and before I know it my head is on a cushion and I'm zzzz
I've nearly finished the washing, only two more loads left to do (from our holiday, I'm not just gross and leave all the washing til the end of the month!)
Ruby I was looking for maternity clothes pre-holiday and agree they seem to be loose and summery, so I was ok for my holiday, although not sure how I'm going to be as it gets colder.
And can anyone tell me why maternity leggings are like MC Hammer pants?!!!

I'm in two minds about the flu jab. I'm in the NHS so know I should but I haven't the last three years and been fine, and I also feel the less medication I take the better, but equally I don't want to get sick as that's not good for the babies either, grrrr it's so hard!

Hi all

Sorry couldn't come on here as much as I wanted but we are transforming the office into the nursery and I cannot log in easily on my phone as Internet was moved to the loft!

anyway regarding pillows, I got the dream genie one since I was nearly 4 month pregnant and it has been fantastic. I love it as it support my back and bump at the same time. However I need more support now as I am getting bigger with my twinnies. So got a good tip from my therapist who is specialised in pregnancy massage and she rolls an old duvet into a towel, like a sausage which then goes between my legs, it is so soft, comfy and support me very well. Also add some pillows in your lower back and get a cheap squishy pillow from Tesco or wherever and roll your arms around it. I tell you you will feel like u are on a cloud! It is wonderful, I used to be uncomfortable with my arms during the night and this wS putting strain on my back but not anymore!

Regarding flu jab, I am going off work soon so not really bothering having any? I didn't even think about it to be honest.

Not much going on my side. Now 27 weeks and being extremely tired. My consultant was surprised that I was still working so had to reduce my hours cause I get reAlly bad palpitations as the babies are pumping a lot from me.
We saw our little angels last week and both are growing well. Our little boy's face was so clear it was amazing. He also looked like he was talking to us, which the nurse recorded and kept playing, that was hilarious.

Anyway not long to go for me, 3 to 5 weeks at work, depending how I feel and then another 5 weeks before giving birth!!!! All the other girls at work have left so it will be my turn next, how scary!!!

What about everybody else? When are u planning to stop working?
Are u all ready to go with nursery and stuff?
My furniture arrive from next week and my mum is coming over with all the babies clothes, just need to do my bag now!
Oh by the way what kind of pad are u getting? Is it like normal period protection or do I need to get something different???

Well my food has arrived - Chinese, yum yum so speak to you all soon.

Hi all, Namea nice to hear from you, is your mum staying with you for a while? Sounds like a very complicated sleeping regime to me but I do like the idea of sleeping on a cloud! I toss and turn a lot in the night and if I stretch my legs I get cramp so have to try to point my feet towards me when I turn over! Was up last night with heartburn, sat with the cats and drunk lots of milk!
Red and Bic I think the tiredness is usual from now on unfortunately. Im going to sort out my leaving date at work today, have some annual leave to take so will be about 34 weeks when I leave all being well. If I develop pre eclampsia again I will have to go sooner.
Booked flu jab!
Off to work, boo. Cats wont be happy!

Hi ruby

I know i have to prepare the bed every night but god I sleep well!!! Dh has got less and less space, bless him but he got used to it.

Mum and dad are coming next weekend to help decorating as I want a few bits doing on top of the nursery and if I ask dh he will not do it, so at least I can ask my dad!

My mum will then stay with us as not sure when I will go off and she will stay a few weeks/months when the babies are born as well.
It might be that whenever the decorating is finished in the house, she goes back home and only come back for the birth; as the house is small and it will be the last time we will be alone dh and me!

My back is really weak and painful today! This has just happened this morning so I just never know what the next day will be like!
Oh well, went to work anyway and will see how it goes at the weekend.

What is everybody doing?
Me comfy in my sofa watching the xfactor.

Have a god day

Hi Namea, good to see you back !

Sounds like you are all organised with your Mum coming over, make sure you enjoy the planning too. ;-)

I'm finishing work 4 weeks before due date and am now wondering if I should have taken more holiday to start earlier
as I am so damn tired. Might see if I can shift it forward and have a nice long week of cat napping as extra. ;)

As for the hospital pads, I have bought maternity ones from Boots. They are much bigger and presumably can cope with a bit more.
If it helps now may be the time for the bits for the hospital bag and related items:

Maternity pads - a big pack
Disposable Breast Pads
Disposable Briefs
Nipple Cream
Nursing Bra
Breast Pump
Bottle steriliser kit
Nappies
Cotton wool
Baby wipes
Nappy sacks
Wash kit
Baby blanket and baby clothes

We got all ours from Boots, as a lot of these come up as own brand and in their 2 for 3 or something similar range.
Once we'd added on the Boots points we had and collected the Boots Parenting Club extra points it was a bit of a bonus day of saving money!

Im in the process of trying to pack them into my hospital bag and it looks like I will have to take the changing bag and
a bag for me as there is so much stuff! Anyone with previous experience got any suggestions on whats most comfortable to wear on the big day?

AFM - just bought some books for the nursery so when I am at home before he arrives we can practice story time. ::P

Off to third tri this week, so will catch up with you all soon. Cant beleive 29 weeks is here.

Hi red

You are so organised! Thanks foe the list this is really helpful as I needed to get it ready but wasn't too sure on a few bits.
The hospital told me not to buy any breast pump yet as they will lend me one when in hospital and I could maybe take it home for a few weeks. As well. Basically so I could try before buying, which sounded great.

Will definitely go to boots then and get these bits.
Regarding the nursing bra, did u just take your current size? Aren't your boobies not going to grow again when the milk comes through? I wanted to buy one on offer but wasn't sure what size to go for and the last time i got measured at m&s the bra only lasted 2 weeks! I dont have massive cup size but my rib cage is expending daily which means my bra keep getting tighter and feel better without it! So not sure what to do and those ladies in the shop are so young I don't really think they know what they are doing???

Regarding what to wear all the ladies I saw arriving at labour ward when I got there had jogging bottoms and hug boots. I suppose this is what was comfy for them. One was even soaked as her water broke on the way! I think I will be wearing my yoga bottoms which I use to stay at home and is so comfy with a jumper and flat boots. or maybe a loose dress? I bet when the time come might even get there in my nightdress ::P
My book says to wear loose fitting clothes so will see but it would be good to see what everybody is planning.

Well done red on joining 3rd trimester! Should be joining u in 2 weeks.

Thanks namea, jogging stuff it is then. for the big day!

For the bra I have been buying the ones that are more like sports bras as you dont get the back problem withthe hooks and the tightness. I'm like
you I have grown massively its more my ribcage that has moved so I bought a size up and I still cant quite fill it.!

One last list for this trimester and then its random things I have for the 3rd tri, see you in 2 weeks:

Baby bath
Baby top and tail bowl
thermometer
Baby towel with hood
Baby wash mitt
baby bath
baby talc
small spare baby towels

I managed to find most of this in one kit off Amazon believe it or not, so its definitely worth shopping around.
I know you can just use bath damns otr washing bowls, but I figured what the hell.

See you all soon. RED

Just to say 'hi' and with all this talk of the flu jab - I had it last year and all was fine (apart from a slightly sore arm)! They vaccination is 'dead' virus so is of no harm to either yourself or your baby.....I was in two minds when I was pregnant with Jessica but had it in the end as I kept seeing the stories of ladies that contracted flu and swine flu and it was just terrible. I actually got a cold whilst I was pregnant and my temperature when up quite high which is pretty dangerous for babies - goodness knows how things would have been if I had actually got the flu. I would say, unless you really feel it's not right for you, have it.

BTW - the jab in no way affected Jessica.....her problems were totally unconnected so please don't worry.

Hello 2nd tri girls,

Haven't been able to write anything for ages had no internet and then went holiday for nearly 2 weeks. But im back.

Doing ok,morning sickness has now eased loads and feeling like human now!

Had our 12 week on 4th Oct i was 14 weeks when i had it done and all ok with little one although was naughty at the scan as lo was curled up they couldn't do any measurements so went away after pacing the hosiptal to try and get lo to move and eventually she/he did. Was given a edd by fertility clinic as 7th April and now 3rd April which is what i worked it out to be on the ivf calander?

Hope everyone else is doing ok.

Hi Girlie's, I am being flaky and flitting between 2nd and 3rd trimester but think I will move over there now, think it's 28 weeks but some places say 27 or 29, probably up to you!
Have been so incredibly tired this week, been in bed at 8 o clock some nights and still shattered but slightly better today, the sun has just come out so maybe I will get off the sofa an hang the washing out. What an exciting life I lead!
Good luck to all on here and I will see you soon.

Hi all

Defo very quiet on here now :)

The forum states that 3rd trimester is week 29, so just another week for me although the way I am feeling is more like at the end!

I had my cardio results this morning and all is fine eventhough my body is not coping well :( so I have been told that it will get worst during labour and I will need an epidural!

I am getting more and more braxton hicks contractions but with backache and palpitations, all at the same time, and also when driving now, so had to stop. It seems like I will be finishing earlier than anticipated and just rest.

How is everybody else doing? Anybody else having the practice contractions?

Gemma what a nice break! Have u been before? U will see it is a lovely city, enjoy!

Hi Gemma

My consultant told me last week that they will not push me especially with everything I had, but everybody else say that if twin 1 turns around again then it will be natural delivery so will see. Have another scan in 2 weeks so I suppose I will find out then.

Get your trip sorted quick, the temperature is still very warm at the moment as well so you will enjoy it even better! Haven't been for a full year now because of treatment and pregnancy but my dh comes from there so we go often. Soooo jalous! Enjoy

Gemma lucky you! I went to Barca earlier this year, was meant to be a trip for my birthday for us both, but DH ended up being sent to the US so I went on my own, had a lovely time! First time I'd been but really enjoyed it.
Namea you sound like you're having a hard time of it, makes me worried what's in store! I hope they symptoms ease up a bit and babies give you a break for a little while.
Ruby ah to be so tired, I keep sleeping at 6when I get home but then I'm wide awake until gone midnight and can't sleep, then I can't wake up when my alarm goes, I'm all a mess with my sleep at the mo! Happy transition to third tri!
Red not sure if you are still popping in here but thank you so much for the lists!!
Hello Bic and Kazzy!
afm: I keep thinking I need the loo but it's baby's fluttering about, and they do it at the most inopportune times, makes it really hard to concentrate at work, I end up with a glazed over look rubbing my belly! I can't wait for DH to be able to feel the moving too. It feels really mean that I get to enjoy this and he doesn't but then he doesn't have to double in size so there are def pros and cons!!!
Take care all!

Hello! Me again!
Quick question.... I am irritable, today I have been so short with people and managed to offend at least three people at work :innocent: it feels like a pmt-type grumpiness although the reasons for being grumpy seemed quite legitimate to me, I'm normally more tactful in how I say things, anyhoo, anyone else been like that?
Hope you're all well (and not grumpy!!!)

Good evening all, hope you're all OK.

Been reading through but not saying much recently as nothing to report. Have had a horribly sick little girl for 7+ days, continuous D&V - a couple of the trips to the hospital to make sure she wasn't dehydrated... and a few tears from me, god it was awful she's never been ill before and it hit her bad. She's on the mend now though and has a roaring appetite back.

This week is my 20 week scan and I am SO excited. I'll be 19+5 on Weds when it is - i'm even more excited than I was for my first pg - i think this time i can relax much more and deffo enjoy.
I shall be finding out what it is (if it's being a good baby and no legs crossed in a decent position, etc) really can't wait!!

Anybody here have an anterior placenta? I've not felt much movement, if at all - and by this stage with no.1 i'd felt plenty. They say you feel a 2nd pg sooner than the first - but no! Never by the text book! For this reason i'm assuming I have an anterior placenta - hopefully this will be revealed at the scan. If not I guess I just have to be extra patient.

xx

I have my 20week scan this week too, thursday, it can't come soon enough! I can't wait to see the little people and how much they've grown, I really hope everything is ok with them. I have to say the doppler has kept us both sane in the interim, couldn't have done without it.
Miss Purple I hope your daughter stays well.
Bic thanks for the reassurance, I'm glad I'm not the only grumpy person around!

Hello ladies and growing bumps. Hope you all are keeping well!!

Been keeping an eye on whats going on with you all in here just haven't had anthing major to report!! However this week has been a turning point baby has gained far more strength and Daddy felt baby kick for the first time I'm so chuffed that eventually he's felt baby move!!

My main reason for posting is the dreaded weight gain subject!! I was wondering if anyone knows the average of what you should gain cos my midwife has never weighed me and never mentioned what I should put on!!! I've a couple of clients who are ex midwives but they confuse me one says you need to try not to gain hardly anything cos I'll gain it all in last month other says she'd have liked to have seen a bigger weight gain from me by now argh!! Then I look at people round me who's pregnant and I've a client who gained a stone by 12 weeks 2 stone by 20 weeks and 3 stone now and she's 2 days overdue!!!!

This morning I've gained a stone steadily over my nearly 24 weeks is this ok do you think???

Must stop panicing over it but nothing else is worrying me so gotta have something (I'm a bit of a worrier lol)

Love to you all x

EJL that sounds perfectly fine to me.. i'm 20 weeks tomorrow and not even been measuring weight gain this time - aslong as you're eating healthily enough. With my first pregnancy by the time I was a week overdue I had gained almost 4 stone - I sooo wish I hadn't as it took a good 6/7 months to shift. My LO was only 6lb 14oz - so it was down to me over eating I guess, haha... my mum said I said I ate for 17 nevermind 2! Lol.

This time i'm just eating as I normally do and at a guess i've put on about 5lb max... couple of kg.

Re: yesterday, it was confirmed I have an anterior placenta - does anyone else have this? I understand it's entirely normal etc but i'm just wondering when you all felt baby move if that's the case?

PS. EJL - forgot to post that not once, apart from my initial booking in scan, did my Midwife check my weight...

Miss Purple, I have an anterior placenta to!! I don't have anything to compare to so I just assume I'm feeling baby kick as much as I should! I felt baby defo kick around 21 weeks or so, had wee feelings before that but wasnt really sure what they were! lol my bub seems to like kicking me right between the legs & boy can it hurt, keep waiting for a wee foot or sumthing 2 come out!! lol Congrats on ur lil pink bundle  & most importantly that everythin was ok!!

Fuzzy, hope ur scan went well!! Just thought I'd let u kno that I think am becoming even more grumpy & a wee bit of a psycho, I have a bad temper at the best of times tho!! god luv my DH

EJL, ur weight gain sounds ok 2 me!! Try not to worry bout things like that as long as ur LO is well, u'll get the weight of! :cuddle

AFM: Not much to report really, off to 3rd tri on sunday as i'm 28 weeks then!! but will always keep an eye on u all lol

Hi Everyone, I posted in here when I first reached the second trimester but I'm rubbish and haven't posted since - i'm 25 weeks now lol. Sorry! :O

Miss Purple, I am expecting twins - and have one anterior placenta and one posterior. I am only just starting to feel the baby with anterior placenta kick whereas I've been feeling the other one since 17/18 weeks! So it does make a big difference to how much movement you can feel. Also, the kicks are much stronger with the baby with the posterior placenta.

EJL i wouldn't worry about the weight gain - I've put just over a stone on so far and i'm the opposite of you - I wish I hadn't put so much on - my own fault though because i'm troughing my way through sooooo much food, can't help it though - the urge for chocolate and ice cream is too strong to ignore lol. Ooooh and cereal too - can't get enough of it!

Fuzzy Bee - I've noticed that my temper has shortened a little bit but it's the crying that is worst for me! i'll start crying at the most ridiculous things. but i see you're expecting twins too - we get double the hormones of a single pregnancy so there's no wonder our mental state is affected slightly lol.

AFM - not really much to report, got a few of the normal pregnancy niggles - bad back, swollen ankles, varicose veins, etc etc, feeling very attractive with that lot ... NOT lol. Be worth it though :)

Hope everyone is getting on ok :xxx3:

Hi Lou and thank you Bic...

Just curious. I have felt very occasional tapping sensations like last time - but I felt no.1 at 18 weeks - and i'm impatient haha (tough). I love the kicking and know what i'm missing out on, last time placenta was posterior and was feeling movement was great from quite early (18 wks). I definitely think I'll be on for another couple of weeks wait until I can say "That was the baby moving" as i'm not the slimmest thing so all this padding and extra cushion of placenta won't be helping, haha.

Need some advice

Hi Ladies
Sorry i havent been around had a few problems with my laptop.

Need some advice. Since about a week ago ive been getting braxton hicks, but over the last few days they have got a lot more stronger & i get about three to four every hour. Today i started to feel pressure down below like she was going to fall out - I phoned delivery suite & she said its normal with a third pregnancy to feel like this... when i go to the toilet for a wee, the sensation i have feels like im really open - im getting really scared that im going to go into premature labour or am i being silly?
Any ideas anyone?

Hi all! Welcome Kelpie!
Thank you for the grump-updates!
Lou I am quite tearful too, but then we had some sad new last week so I think it might just be normal reaction to it really, but maybe a few more tears than normal. Do we really have double the hormones?!!
I know I'm double the size I would have expected. But weight gain wise I too haven't been measured since my initial mw appt at 12weeks and I've been a bit worried that I'm not putting on much weight, so I've been googling (bad idea I know!)

EJL your weight gain sounds fine. I'm carrying twins and have gained 3kg (half a stone) in my 20weeks. But I look about six months pg and having to tell everyone that I'm carrying twins to justify looking so big for only 5months in! I asked the doctor at my appt last week and she said that as my pre-pg bmi was 25 I would probably be losing some of that weight to the babies and not to worry. Of course I'm still going to worry, but as Miss Purple said if you're eating healthy stuff then that's all that counts. I'm trying to get my five a day and some and enough water, that way any additional treats are just that.

As for the kicking I've been feeling flutters inside since week 15, and some days loads and others nothing. But judging by left baby at our scan who did not budge however much I moved and coughed, sometimes these kids just don't move! I'm really looking forward to DH feeling something too and I just keep rubbing away hoping today will be the day although I think it's too early?

I'm not sure about anterior placentas, I know both of mine are low lying and one might be anterior but the sonographer didn't write that down in the report so probably not. I know when we listen on the doppler that we often hear placenta noises so I've assumed it's somewhere nearer the front than back on one of them.

Rachael I guess if you're clinic aren't worried then just keep a note of how you're feeling and if it persists then ask to see them. Not sure how often you do your pelvic floor exs and whether that would help but that's the only thing I can think of? I've had that a couple of times in the last few weeks, I think I understand what you mean by feeling open, but then it's gone on it's own (oh and I sit squeezing my legs together paranoid!) but maybe it's just hormones relaxing all your ligaments/joints? I hope it settles soon x

Take care all! ;)

bab20 Congratulations Namea! Hope your babies are doing ok, have you picked names yet?xxx

Fuzzy Bee, yep if your twins are non-identical then you will have double the hormones, but if they are identical then it's just the normal amount of hormones as a single pregnancy (or so I was told) Something to do with having 2 placentas with the non-identical twins! Poor us!

Rachael, how's the braxton hicks? I think I get these although I have read that they're not supposed to be painful, just like a tightening across your belly? But it's quite painful when I get them, almost like bad period cramps. Told the midwife and she wasn't concerned and just said it'll be my uterus streching.

Has anyone picked any names yet? Me and my OH can't agree on ANY names!! I have a feeling these two won't have names until they're about 6 weeks old lol. xx

Thank you Lou! That makes sense. We've thought of names, but mostly come up with really inappropriate or stupid ones. And then the two I like, DH doesn't, I agree at this rate we'll be standing at the registrars making names up!!

Well. I'm bored. October has dragged. Taken lil lady back to Dr's today, October has just been one thing after another for her, she must feel more fed up than I do. On a more positive note I've been feeling movement for little over a week now - can still only see my bump if I'm laid down but I hardly showed with 1st pg so it doesn't bother me that much. Saw MW and obtained MatB1 - and asked not to see her now 'til after 28 weeks. Which she was happy with due to everything being A OK. 21st Dec is my next appt with her so i'll be in 3rd tri by then :)
On another negative note I'm on the countdown to re-starting work on 21st Nov (lol) after my initial period of Maternity Leave. Again, on a positive this is only for 4 weeks until I start my next lot of Mat leave for this pg... so it all evens out in the end! Haha. Hope you're all OK - and congratulations Namea! xx

:snigger: well we are all different! I feel like October has flown past! I feel like this pregnancy is flying past, I am getting to the point where I'm realising I need to buy stuff now and get the nursery sorted as soon I'm not going to be able to. Funny how different we each feel!
Sorry your little one is unwell, but I hope she feels better soon.
Is it just me or does your baby only kick when DH isn't around?!! Poor hubby sits for 5-10minutes, still, tv on mute waiting, then he gets a bit achy and lifts his hands up and then kick! He misses it! Poor thing!

Well we had a good weekend, went to the Baby Show on saturday and got completely befuddled with prams, still none the wiser, still haven't bought anything and still don't know what to buy!
Hey ho, hopefully by feb we'll have sorted something out!!

I hope everyone else is well?
