Has anyone been an egg sharer at Bourne Hall as a donor?

Hi, as you can see i have just had another failed ivf this year :(
I am an egg sharer as a donor.
I am considering changing clinics to borne hall Cambridge.
Has anyone been an egg sharer there as a donor?

I just want to know what an egg sharer pays for at borne?
How long they generally take to match you with a recipient?
How long between cycles can you try again?
How many embryos they allow you to have transferred, blasts? 2/3 days?
And any other information you can give..

Thank you xx

Hi Kel
im at bourn Hall, not sure on their donor cost etc but think its on their website!!
If your NHS there its now 6months between cycles, private im not sure!
Depending on history and age depends how many embies you can have transferred.
Im not sure how long the whole matching process takes with egg donors and recipients but we were matched with a sperm donor as a back up if everything failed with DH and we were matched up really quickly!
I think what your doing is a wonderful thing, and hope to beable to be an egg donor in the future.

After x3 ICSI X2 FETs resulting in :BFN:s Apart from the last one being a faint :BFP: (only lasted a day or two) I was turned down as an egg donor so we called it a day with TX

Me again been having a little look at their website

EGG SHARE PROGRAMME (providers)
To optimise your chance of becoming pregnant as an egg share provider, you will require pretreatment
assessment as for standard IVF. The fee of £650 for pre-treatment assessment can be
reduced if the relevant results can be provided from a different source. Your treatment, including
drugs and ICSI if required, is free of charge. Pre-treatment assessment for second and subsequent
attempts is free of charge.

Thank you lynsey, i have heard that it's a matter of weeks after ur 1st consultation that u can start tx as they need donors badly so they tx u very quickly. Im just hoping thats true?!?
I have just had all tests done at my present clinic last july so they should still be ok for bourn?
Im really looking forward to hearing from them now :) I just hope someone who has egg shared there replies soon.

Thanks for the info Lynsey :) xxx
