clomid worries after 4th month

Hello Everyone,

I need advice. I'm on my fourth month of clomid, every other time my cycle has been 27 days, however this time i'm on day 33 and still no period, and i'm definately not pregnant, did test yesterday. What's going on? is this normal? how long should i wait before seeing a doctor?

Hope you can help

Hi Sarah

It's not that unusual to get an occasional longer or shorter cycle whether on clomid or not so it could just be 'one of those things'. There is also the possibility that the test that you used was a dodgy one, or not sensitive enough. I'd maybe think about giving it until next week before giving your clinic a call.

ttc since July 06. 8 cycles of clomid. BFP on cycle 5 (Dec 07) ended in m/c at 9.5 weeks. Second BFP on cycle 8 (May 08)
