Lozza im so so so sorry for you hun big huggies to you and your dh, in fact we should have a big group hug with harry and katebee too then maybe we can generate a load of luck and miracles for all of us.

Julz hope your doing ok hun fingers legs and toes crossed for you.

I had the most horrendous period pains last night and had to take pills at 4am to try and calm them, i am not looking forward to using the progesterone this time.

Well ive officially started day 1 today i ring tomorrow for my scan time then go for the scan and bloods on day 3, start my clomid day 5 then its bloods daily and scans every 2 days til i have the procedure, i dread having to go to that place daily it takes me a hour to get there 5 mins for the bloods then a hour to get home, what we do to try an have a lil miracle.

i am not telling anyone about the treatment this time except for you lovely ladies here as its been very hard telling people its bfn when asked. You just want to hide it away in your own little head and keep it there and you are right unless your going through this treatment no one does really understand it.

Anyways keep that PMA up we are all going to have our little bundles to snuggle up to real soon. :) think positive everyone it will come soon

sprinkles of babydust on everyone.

Lozza, really sorry about your news. You've sent some lovely supportive words our way and I only hope we can do the same to comfort you. Wow, the job issue sounds difficult. Think we all find juggling work and treatment really hard but your situation sounds extreme. Will pray for another of those little Windows to open for you when you know you will be free for treatment.

Spooky lady, lots of luck with this round. Think you're very strong to go for 2 in a row. I'm exhausted and couldn't be dragged near that clinic if they tried!
Take care everyone and have a good weekend. X

Harry, the reason im doing it straight away is because i have friends coming over in May and then end of June im going on holiday to see DH's family for a week, so if i didnt do it now i would have to wait til july which would totally suck :/

I'm just pleased the clinic im with let you do this when ever you want to and you dont have to wait months for appointments on the nhs. The good thing about this clinic is that it is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and is fully supported with its own bloods lab and ivf facilities.

The bad thing is that we have to pay for every try lol, but it is affordable so im ok about it.

keep the PMA everyone it will be worth it in the end.

Morning ladies,

Thank you all so so much for your kind words. Feeling ok today, Im all cried out (m sure ALison Moyet sang a song of that title....god Im getting old that is so something my mum would say)!!!!! Spoke at length with my DH and Im going to wrap up work when my current contract finishes on the 7th May and we are going to focus on the baby quest for a year or so - kind of scared and excited at the same time. If a job comes along that I can fit treatment into then fine if not we will just have to pull our belts in a bit - luckily we have 2 holidays this year which are already paid for so will still get away - yeehaa! I also called a private clinic yesterday and we have an appointment with them next week - although I do pay for my IUI as its not funded by the NHS where we are, we still use the NHS hospital in Dundee who are all lovely but we have decided to go fully private and go to G.C.R.M in Glasgow, it specialises in fertility and looking at the website the success rates are higher than any clinic in Scotland. Only problem is we will have to go through all of the first tests etc again but fingers crossed it will be worth it!

Spookylady - glad is is going well, round two ding ding!!!! Lets hope you can tell us a lovely story in a month or so as we really have lucked out this month havent we all!!? I did two in a row last year and would have done 3 but it as too close to Xmas and the clinic was closed for 10days so impossible.

Have a lovely weekend all and thinking about you all loads! xxxxx

Big huggies lozza thinking of you and hope it all goes well.

see if you can get some of you notes from the nhs to take with you, you may not have as much to pay then . wait due to the tests you have already had.

You will also notice the difference straight away. i actually had one of the main specialists do the iui on me, they are 5 specialists that set the place up together in 1974 or something and were the first ones in canada to have produced a ivf baby, they are getting on abit in age but know their stuff, i was pleasantly surprised with how quickly everything is set up for you. The longest i waited was 10 mins and that was because he was late due to having his car stolen. They run it excellently.

Good luck hun and keep that pma up

Hi Lorraine,

Just to let you know I had my ICSI at the GCRM while I was waiting for my NHS appt to come up. I couldn't fault them one bit. I know we weren't successful, everything was text book it just didn't stick which they couldn't control obviously. They were so nice and so supportive. Nothing is too much for them and they do have very good success rates. Do try and get what results you can, I took my smear, AMH etc from NHS and got my GP to do rubella, hiv and Hep b+c, saves a bit on the pennies front!

Anyway, I wish you every success! You will be in good hands.

Hey Julz,

Thank you so so much for that info and the hot tips! We got the brochure (haha sounds like a holiday Im going on not a round of IVF) today so having a flick through things. In the mean time I have been told by Nine Wells that as long as we self fund we can start IVF in JUne - all very quick. So at least we now have options........

How are you anyway? Are you getting on fine?

Spookylady your clinic sounds GREAT! Must be lovely to know you are in good hands!

I hope you all have a lovely weekend and speak on here next week. Im off to get tipsy!!!! xxxx

Hi Ladies
Really sorry to hear about all your BFN's. However many times you tell yourself your prepared for it, it still manages to come and knock you off your feet. Sending you all lots of hugs.

Sounds like you are all back on the PMA and making new plans to start new treatments-heres to more success next time - your time will come.

Im just waiting for day 1 of my AF so can d it so start my treatment and then its all systems go.

When you have IUI do they recomend you take time off or do you just carry on as normal ?

Hope youve all had a nice weekend.

Hello everyone,

Hope you are all well. It sounds like everyone is getting on with the next go!! Are you definatley going for IVF Lozza- good luck and it's great you can get started so quickly.
Jo- my clinc have always said to carry on as normal- they said that if it was a natural conception we'd never know about it and so don't worry about changing things! I have tended to take the day of the insem off and I know others have taken off a week or two- so I guess it's up to you. I've always thought that I'd rather save my leave for the start of maternity leave (heres hoping!) or for recovery holidays!! I'm off this week and me and DH are going om a little hol- help us get over the BFN. I think it also probably depends on your job too.
Good luck and I hope AF comes along soon so you can get started!

Hiya Everyone,

Jo - Im going that AF has arrived and you can get started! Our clinic was the same as Katiebees - they just said to carry on as normal the onlt thing I wasnt allowed to do within 48hours of the insemination was go swimming but apart from that it was all systems go to go back to work. Although it really is entirely up to yourself what you do and how you feel. I was lucky because like Spookylady I work from home mostly although I do then have to have long spells away from home every other month. But it was easier for me to realx a bit and still arn some pennies. I would recommend working though as I think I would go stir crazy with nothing to do all day but surf the internet and knicker watch all the time - but thats just me I guess!!!!! Good luck with the treatment and lets us know how you get on!

Spookylady - so glad you are on your next IUI journey ad I hope it all goes well. I will be on here everyday to monitor your progress and help give you some PMA as and when you need it! Go on honey bring us that BFP and then we will all follow suit!!!! xxxx

Katiebee - I hope you and your DH have a lovely wee holiday, you both deserve it! May wont be long in coming round and embarking on the next IUI. Thinking of you.

Well Im definitely starting IVF in June - all v scary and exciting a tthe same time. We have been told we cant have anymore IUI at the hospital we go to, I could pay 5 times as much at the private hospital but decided if it going to cost that much we might as well bite the bullet and go for IVF. it had moved along quite quick but Im glad as I can now concentrate on my and Nick for a while and know we have the IVF booked n and ready to go in the summer. Im off to London for 3 weeks with work so wont see Nick or my pu at all which Im not looking forward to after the BFN last week but at least at the end of that it will be May already and I finish work - woohooo!

Nikki and Julz I hope you are both well and hope to hear from you soon.

Im off to walk the dog.

Speak soon,

Much love and PMA.

xxxx

Oh Spookylady what does that mean with the cyst then? Will you still be able to have treatment? The 15.5 follie sounds great through, thats less than a week since you started meds!

Hope you are ok?

My baby PMA is all gone for now - will get back on it in June. Its all about the red wine for me!

oh my red wine :) its been that long since ive had a drink.

Well not sure about the cyst at the moment will find out more on friday, but i can sure feel it with every move i make. I am just hoping it doesnt get any bigger as ive read up that the iui might get cancelled if it does. Apparently if it shows up in the blood tests then its all over for this month and they will put me on birth control pills to try and shrink it if its not a bad one, if it is a bad one then its prob a lappy and whatever to reduce it.

Gotta run cos i need a shower then go for bloods this morning.

Take care everyone and dont get too drunk on that yummy wine Lozza save me a glass just in case :)

IUI & funding

Hi - I was due to start IUI ifor the first time n this cycle which started today but heard a few days back that from this new budget year, NHS funding has been cut for IUI for people on assisted cycles (I'm on clomid and due to have FSH imnjections too) but is still available for anyone on natural cycles - has anyone else experiences anything like this? Our fertility consultant has to speak to her general manager but has said that we may be able to pay for the drugs and still have it done on the NHS next cycle but couldn't tell me any idea of costs. I already have the clomis and just get that on normal prescription, but does anyone have any idea how much FSH injections are that the hospital inject for you?

Thanks for reading x

praying4miracle do you know the reasons for your infertility is it male factor or do you have a problem? also what area of the uk are you in.

i pay for my iui but im in canada and the health service is different here, the most expensive cost of the iui is the actual sperm wash which has to be done for every cycle of iui over here it runs at around $480 plus taxes then you have the meds and suppositories.

The best place to talk to would be first to price them up with your local chemist they have a world of advice that can be given to you including possibly where to get them cheap.

If you do need to pay i would also ask the consultants secretary for prices, quite honestly i cant see how they can force you to pay for this treatment so close to the time as you wasnt told in advance.

Hello girls,

I hope your cyst isn't causing you too much pain Spooky lady, I had one following my first IUI cycle- it wasn't very comfortable but went away on its own.
Praying4miricle- I am on NHS funded injecting IUI cycles and hadn't heard that about the budget- due to start my next one in May, so I'll let you know if thay say anything to me about that. Does IVF funding stay the same? I don't know how much the drugs would cost, I know IUI is a lot less than IVF. It doesn't seem fair to accept you and then last minuite change it and make you pay.

I have had a lovely little hol in suny devon- feel much more relaxed and remembered that there is more to me than fertility treatment. PMA not too high- but am working on it. Feel more positive and relaxed about life and we had a lovely time together- felt like the us before all this started!!!
And Lozza I've been enjoying the red wine too!!!!!

Have a good day

this month had 2 follies 22x22 and 19x19mm both ruptured and a successful IUI done and now 4 days past IUI...phew...long story... :snigger:
so i am again rejoining trying to draw support and energy and PMA from all of u guys...
hope thats fine with all
please bear with me as i might take some time to get to know this months other members..
wishing all ALL THE BEST :hugs:

omg welcome magic, i had my iui this morning hehehe
im so glad you joined and we can be buddies :D

most of the girls on here are taking a break at the moment but are keeping me going :)

i had the main nurse do the insemi today took her ages to find my cervic's then the mucus was hiding the hole apparently i was already ovulating (sorry for too much info )

I sure felt the liquid go in though was a very weird feeling this time starting on my left side then moving over to the right fingers crossed it finds that big egg heh.

she advised me hubby's sperm was excellent and was a category b at 90% 50% were fast swimmers and 40% normal so hopefully they dont get lazy :D hoping his multi vitamins pay off this cycle.

Good luck to you and keep in touch

do you really think it is perfect timing had the hcg at 8am, i started with the drip about 4pm my time yesterday (never had that last month) so im abit confused on that at the moment and the insemi was done at 9.50am but im keeping my pma up, hahaha the nurse even rubbed my belly for luck . im sore on the right side too like i have a stitch near my waist line but i suppose that is either the wash liquid or the cyst.

hey spookylady and katiebee...thanku for the warm welcome :cuddle this is wht i love about FZ ..the warmth and friendship and support of its members
i had my iui on 17th and yes i too felt it go right in...actually the last time around it was so horribly painful and the doc just could not catch my cervix..this time they did it int he labour room where they put me in the lithotomy postion and kep the bed fully titled with my head down and made me stay like that for almost 45mins as right after that i was shifting houses from one state to another and had to go by car for almost 8 hours straight... ;( ..the things we undergo to get that one lil egg to fertilize...
so am 3 days ahead of u in terms of testing...argh i hate testing :cross: X( always the bfn... :bawl:
thank god this time i have a cycle buddy
katie bee where in the cycle are u right now???have u done an IUI or are waiting for one or u r taking a break???
all the very best to all APRIL buddies.... xfingers

Welcome Magic - and good luck with your 2 week wait - lots of PMA coming your way.
Spookeylady - so glad you were able to go ahead with the IUI and the cyst didnt stop things - sounds like it all happened all at the right time too. Did you have to stay in hospital?
Katiebee - welcome back ,glad you had a nice holiday

Spookey lady - Re my viagra its for thin endometrium - its a bit of an odd one and its all a bit trial and error but i see it that someone has to be lucky :o)

started taking my tablets and on the same day picked up a virus which the docs think was made worse by the viagra so have been in bed for 4 days unable to move my head. Now much better but can still only take vigra if take painkillers at the same time.ARGC wanted me to reduce viagra but i refuse to give in -as i know less doenst work and if the treatment doesnt work i dont want them to say it maybe cause i didnt take all my tablets. Have scan on Monday so will know then if its worked and whats next.....still got lots of PMA -so sending all my vibes out to all of you.

hey magic sounds like you had a really bad time of it :( im terrible with testing i cant wait for anything lol

i got the hubby to buy me more test strips so i can test daily, i have a clear blue digital and a generic hpt which i'll probably use a couple of days before my blood test.

Bloods are due 8th of may which is a saturday and they dont give results out on a weekend. I have friends coming over from the uk on the 2nd of may and we are all going to ottawa that weekend, i dont know what time we will be setting off, but if we can make a detour to the clinic then i can get my confirmation on the monday at 8.30am woo hoo fingerscrossed i manage this,
otherwise its bloods 8am monday and results after 11.30am.

JLC they kept a careful eye on the cysts but are not worried about them, my right ovary still feels a little swollen but i have hardly any pain today, i just keep getting abit of trapped wind and twinges when i do cleaning and stuff lol. I hope everything goes well for you jlc and that the viagra works well and glad to hear your feeling a bit better. Fingers crossed everything goes perfectly for you on monday.

Katebee fingers crossed for may to you, hope everything is going to plan :)

i have high pma this time so showers of it to you all xxxx Goodluck everyone xxxxxx

hey spookylady seems like u r gonna be pretty busy during test time..am sure that will reduce the usage of all those test stips :snigger: ..well reading what u have written about your ongoing daily testing i doubt whether the weekend at ottawa is gonna deter u from testing lol :)) : D
wishing all the PMA and :sticky vibes: for u

Hey there jo thnku for the welcom [zx127] and what is with the viagra :faint: :snigger: ....sorry easy for me to find it funny but ...u say it is for increasing your endometrial lining..but isnt that what progesterone does..i mean usually to increase the lining progesterone tablets or suppositries are used...just my doubt...ALL THE BEST for the scan...follicle scan am thinking ..if so grow follie grow :P

Am having no symptoms...and i just dont know what to think...still settling down int he new house and new place....wondering if this doesnt work then what am i gonna do as now i dont even have a Doc...i had to leave behind my nice friendly doc when i moved states :-( ...hmmmmm ;(
girls hope ur PMA keeps me up and going...

how are u doing katiebee.. :)

omg i just got so stressed out over something silly and now i have pains. My hormones are all over the place.

magic the nurse told me implantation is between 3 and 5 days but ive also read it can be upto 11 days so dont worry about not feeling anything cos it doesnt mean anything, Alot of symptoms do not occur until 6 weeks into pregnancy and then it can be mild if any. Dont forget every person is different and so are every pregnancies.

I know you cant help yourself im the same every little twinge we are thinking is this it hahaha just try to keep positive and keep the PMA up high.

Are you in india ? im not sure how you would find a doctor.

Hi ladies,

Sorry I haven't been on in a while have been pretty busy. Had IUI this morning, on Monday we had one follie at 18 and a few smaller ones.

IUI didn't go quite as we planned unfortunately but hey. DH only had 10% moving so no great but hey it only takes one. Hoping it was a one off as his last one was 46%. But everything else went fine, so just hoping one of those boys can catch that egg. We are sending them strong thoughts to be determined! So that's me off now with my pessaries to start on Sunday. And they gave me some extra as well. So just gotta get through the next 2wks! I don't know if you can count as being PUPO with IUI cause you don't ever know that it has fertilised, but hey I'm hoping! They said if this doesn't work they will reassess and see if it's worth me having another shot or not. Come on boys and girls, go get jiggy with it!!!

So that's me in the 2ww, OTD on 6th May. Seems there will be a few of us testing around the same time. Fingers crossed there is a wash of BFPs!

Love luck and babydust to all!

oh my julz fingers crossed for you hun, not fair i have to wait 18 days though :( have you got your hubby on multi vitamins ? they told us at the clinic that all partners / hubby's should be on them as it helps with the sperm count, it also seemed to help us this month as hubbys were quite a high category this time.

your egg size will be around 22mm today so thats really good and like you say it only takes 1, do a little jig with him tonight or tomorrow as reading the internet ive noticed men have an higher count the following day, not sure on the status of them though and a little extra isnt going to harm :D

keep that PMA up it will happen :D

hehehe im so excited for us all sprinkles of baby dust everyone.

Only symptoms im having is pain in my right side, did aload of ironing yesterday so that probably didnt help, the progesterone suppositories are prob making me sore too, also ive been sneezing alot the last 2 days but we have a high pollen count over here at the moment even though i dont suffer from hay fever. i never get the sore boobs when im on my AF so wouldnt expect that symptom. Ive been peeing alot but that could be pressure of cysts and the size of my ovaries. The hcg is nearly out of my system now and im only getting the faint line so i'll be watching that closely hahahah Yeah !!! for strips. Oh and ive been very hormonal this time.

Anyone else getting any twinges or anything?

Hello all. So sorry I've been offline for ages. Probably wallowing a bit post. Bfn plus back pain looks like it was actually slipped disc so am laid up and not going for treatment again until I'm fighting fit.

Wish i'd logged on as could have answered query about drugs costs for praying4miracle. I am self funded on iui and take gonal f injections. It's about 100 pounds for a 300 iu pen. So depends on your dosage but drugs have coated me 200 to 300 pounds per go plus pregnyl which is cheap. I got these directly from the clinic but checked with my sister who's a doctor and she said those prices were quite good. One thing worth checking. I read that Asda is going to start selling ivf drugs at no mark up so it might be worth checking. Frustrating that the nhs is messing around with funding. As id the process isn't stressful enough. It's likely to be down to individual pct's so no consistency across the country.

Spookylady, julz, magic - loads of luck. Keep up that pma. Really hoping for a bfp soon!

Love harry x

hello Harry :) ..how are you doing now???is your back pain better ??? is it confirmed that it was a slipped disc..were you on traction???wishing you get better soon and can resume your ttc... [zx127]

Also listening to u guys talk about the medicines and treatments i feel India is a lot better in this case..as proven by the medical tourisim as you see i dont have to pay my doctor even a consultation fee till i get pregnant ..that mean all the consulting visits are free ..i just need to pay for my registration which is just 100rs might be around 2-3 dollars and then i have to pay for my medicines , injections and follicular study ..which would all work out to be maximum 3000rs thats around 60-70dollars..thats it...
wouldnt you wish your treatment was in India..:)...and to be frank almost around every corner there's a fertility center and diagnostic center...
here you dont need a doctors letter to get diagnosed or scanned or for blood tests...
yes i agree it can be misused a lot..but its a boon for the rest...:)
so this way i feel am blessed to be in India  ...well whether all this works for me ..that totally another story ;(

hey there spookylady..wow you are getting lines on the strip (even if they are hcg induced) ;) ...i have never seen 2 lines on the strip.. :bawl: ...and this time to top all i have absolutely no symptoms...
well am just waiting for the witch to show up... :-(
aarrggghh these hormones making you all droopy and sad and mad :S :cross: X( :bawl:

hey julz and jo whats up.. ..how are u guys doing..as spookylady asks 'any twinges' ;)

Harry hun hope your feeling a little better and not getting to bored not being able to do much, big huggies to you

sounds really good magic, is it the same for ivf? i feel iui is a manageable price but ivf is another story all together :( , i have read of alot of peeps going to india but i wouldnt know where to start.

i used the strips after the hcg just so i could see the 2 lines as ive not seen it before til i did the iui's heheheh

Ive had alot of pain down below yesterday was in absolute agony most of the day with my right side and hip and pelvic back area not sure if it was the cysts or what. Feeling 90% today so hopefully its resolved its self. Hormones seem to be back in check so hubby is more relaxed :)

Big group huggies everyone keep them fingers crossed and PMA high

Hi ladies,

Hope you are all doing well! No poas for me yet, I try not to. Not feeling anything yet but don't expect to til next week. Had a bit of pain on Thurs/Fri on right side but I expect that was the egg being released or something just after that. Just started the pessaries this morning so will prob start with tiredness etc soon. But trying not to ss or read into anything cause have felt every good and bad symptom and still nothing, so just trying to keep occupied.

What are everyone's OTD again? mine is the 6th.

Love luck and babydust to all, let's get some BFPs on here! xxx

Hi Ladies,

Harry- poor you, it must be so horrible. I hope you recover soon and get yourself fighting fit.

Julz, spooky lady and magic- I'm getting excited for all your positive results, I hope the time flies quickly for you all. I hope your pain continues to ease Spooky- cycts are no fun!

Thanks for asking after me magic, I've been busy at work this week so haven't really had chance to come by and say hello!!! I am about a week or so away from starting with my next IUI- my clininc has us do a month on and then a month off- so this has been my rest month. Been trying to get more positive and healthy. I've been having accucpuncture which has helped me relax a bit I think and hopefully get everything in good order to grow some nice follies.

I am feeling a wee bit sorry for myslef, ANOTHER friend has just got pregnant- feelsl like everyone I know! Anyway, it'll be us soon I'm sure and it'll be such an amazing feeling making that special announcement!

Hope you've all had a good weekend.

hi there ladies , im loving all the PMA that is going on.....3 all doing IUI at the same time and more soon to follow....very exciting......

Hope your feeling better Spookey lady.....and that you have your friends arriving bit of an attention divert and hopefuly will make the wait quicker...if that makes any sense!!

Harry - hope your back is better soon - must be really frustrating for you - fingers crossed your back up and running soon.

Magic - whata result with the treatment in India- that is such a help - did you have to wait long for treatment? re my viagra it is for thin lining but before ovulation. My lining is as thin as a pancake so nothing can implant and the vigra is supposed to help(i think progesterone is post ovulation??) tho it hasnt helped me 3 times before but hopefully this time it has.Tomorrow i find out. I only wish it had the same effect on women as it did men!! My scan is just to see if the linining has increased and to see whats going on with my ovies, and if ive also got a smileyy face then i will have IUI as well....if not will be some time this week. If the lining hasnt changed then im not sure whats next but not long to wait now :o).

katiebee - once you start your treatment again, im sure you will feel better and its only natural to feel down - so sending you some PMA to get you back in the zone.

hope youve all had a nice weekend

hey there ladies ...nice to hear from all of u...now our group is chatting

hmm katiebee tell me about 'evryone around you being preg while u are not'!!! X(
...well just listen to my theory..i was telling my hubby seems like i induce all kinds of women to become preggy...some examples..the lady i was working with she had had an ectopic and was trying hard to get preggers and just 3 months talking to me about it and she became pregg and now she has a son  ..my next door neighbour who wanted to have a second child and was trying to loose weight told me about all this and within a month she gets preggo and she has a son now 8| ...my best friend who is settled in dubai and took almost 9 years to conceive talked to me over the phone about ttc and do it fast, u are loosing out on time etc etc and the next month she turns out to be pregnant  ...my another collegue married on the same date as me 28-04-08 now had given birth to her second son even before our 2nd wedding anniversary ;( ....and topping all my another collegue who was along wit me the whole time i was ttc she too is 4 mnths along now.... :bawl: ... many more that am not writing here ..sorry i shouldnt be unhappy but the truth is everytime i hear these good news i can literally hear a small piece of my heart breaking ..am sure soon there wouldnt be any more heart left for breaking.... :P

SO ANYONE ON THE TTC JOURNEY ALONG WITH ME IS SURE TO GET PREGNANT BY MAXIMUM 3 MONTHS TIME... [zx062]
i totally give up seems like i am alive just to get everyone around me pregnant [zx103]
Spookylady hows it going..seems like them cysts are giving you a bad time...hope they leave u along soon ...and great news that your hormones are under control  ..mine seem to be in their PMA (pre menstrual attitude) :P ....all cranky and sobby and irritated..had a tiff with my hubby y'day but by night time it was ok : D

Julz hope the twinges are over and all them ovies are doing the dance with the spermies.. :P ...well my date of testing as per schedule should be this sunday but i dont know whether i have the guts to see a :BFN: again...better let nature take its course ..and i usually get my af on the 3rd and so am expecting the :witch: to visit me then... :-(

Hey Jo...no need to wait for any kind of treatment here...if u have the cash u have the treatment...one of my students who was on the obease side had an IVF and she has twins now...so its basically see the doc do the tests and get everything cleared for your treatment..no waiting for any kind of treatment...so as i said its a BOON TO SOME AND SOME MISUSE IT....unfortunately...
and are you on clomid cause it reduces your endometrial thickening...i am on letrozole and injections as clomid never worked for me...and letrozole gives me a 9+ thickeness...
hope i see that smiley on your post soon...

hope harry you are doing better take care

Guess i need to be patient for a little bit longer.....

katebee this is going to be your year hun so please try to keep that pma high, i know its hard but positive thoughts bring positive things.

Same to JLC try not to worry too much about it, i know its going to be hard but this could be fate and give you more tests to find out why your having this problem and help to get it sorted once and for all, please keep us posted and dont forget to give them a piece of your mind for putting you through the stress of having to wait for a reply. Big huggies and fingers crossed he was an idiot and told you the wrong information xxxxxxx

Magic hope your not too cranky with your dh lol and hope everything is going fine.

i had a bad night last night but feeling good today, had to go to my dermatologists this morning and everything is good i dont have to go back for 6 months woo hooo

I was a bit uncomfortable when walking but as long as i walked slow it wasnt too bad, it feels like i have golf balls inside me that are rubbing against my pelvic area its a weird sensation and i also feel like ive got cm but havent when i wipe (tmi sorry)

The sun is shining so it makes you feel good inside and im keeping my pma up even though i saw loads of pregnant women today.

Big group hug to everyone and hope your day gets alot better.

hey im back in the PMA zone- got a call last night having given myself a full day of stress and they have agreed that i shoudl still carry on for the next few days and goback on Thursday. They said im not where they would like me to be, but they think that they wil try me with the "trial" drugs anyway to see if they make a difference. They also said it was a bit hit amd miss but that I didnt have many options left, but its a chance and whilst there is a chance, im still in the game :o).
Enjoy the sunshine

Thanks girls.

Still havnt had my smiley face so no IUI for me yet. Im on day 14. Has anyone had smileyface post day 14? mine is usually day 13 but im thinking that it might be delayed due to the viagra. I called up the clinic today and they have said to go into tomorrow anyway for a scan and bloodtest to see whats going on. I think im in danger of becoming high maintenance!! :D

Im just off to do my ovulation dance happydance
Hope you girls are all having a good day

hiya, Ladies
Good to see that we have a few ladies all doing cycles together again.
A quick reminder - please send me a private message with your test date so that I can update the treatment details page. Unfortunately my poor brain is not able to keep track anymore... lmao
Good luck to our 2WWers and Good luck to Jo for the scan tomorrow...
