any help?

I am 30 years old and have been trying for a baby for 2 years. My blood tests show I have normal LH, FSH and progesterone. My HSG shows normal uterus, endometrium and tubes. However, my abdominal scan reported "ovaries are mildly increased in volume, and small follicles ranging from 0.3-0.5mm are seen. PCO cannot be excluded". The doctor reassured me that since my FSH and LH are normal (both follicular and luteal) as well as day-21 progesterone and testosterone, I should not worry about the ultrasound results. However, as I read more about PCOS, I am more concerned, especially as I have acne and have been losing hair in the last few years. The ultrasound scan was on day 21, and apparently from the report it does not show the existence of a corpus luteum. A normal level of progesterone (49.8) was found (but in a different cycle). I have more or less regular periods (29-31 days) and home ovulation tests regularly detect LH surge. Could I still have ovulation problems I am not aware of?
