Clinics in Egypt

Hi

I was just wondering if anybody has any experince of IVF/ICSI in Egypt.

We are currently posted in Cairo with my husbands job and were told by a Fertility Specialist in the UK that we will need ICSI to concieve another child.

There are many clinics here but I am unsure how they are regulated, all seem to claim success rates above 50% which seems a little high to me.

Any info would be much appreciated
Thanks
Emma

Hi Emma,
Welcome to FZ.
I have heard of people traveling to Cairo from nearby countries for treatment, but I don't know of any clinics in particular. Do you know if there are any American hospitals in Cairo that offer fertility treatment? Am wondering where ex-pats go for this kind of thing...
Wishing you lots of luck,
wtw

RE: Clinics in Egypt

Hi
Not sure how far you have got with your search but if you are still looking please contact me. I am currently in Egypt undergoing ICSI in Alexandria but I also know of a very good doctor in Cairo.

Good Luck!!!
