Success stories with Grade 3 embryos please

Hi all. I had my fourth transfer today. And like my previous cycles my embryos are still grade 3. One is 7 cell and other 4 cell on day 3 with fragmentation. I did lots of lifestyle changes before this treatment but it hasn't seemed to made any difference.

I would be very grateful if somebody else has been in a similar situation and went on to have a BFP with a grade 3 embryos. What did you do? How did you keep the PMA going? I want to cling on to some hope.

Thanks in advance.

Hi rightans,
When they grade embryos, they go by how the embryo looks under a microscope. Something I learned recently is that the embryo doesn't look its best if its about to divide, so if you grade it at that particular time, the grade is lower than if you graded it an hour earlier or an hour later. So try not to overthink the grading - a 7 cell is absolutely fab and as Kara says, a 4 cell can make a lovely baby too. Your embies are back inside you now, which is the best possible place for them to keep on growing.
So lots of babydust for you, and try not to worry.
You have some very precious cargo on board now!
Take good care,
wtw

I had ET on 15th May (2 grade 3 embryos, fragmented). Today have slight cramping - started to get worried. Can anyone help me feel better about this? ?(
