Change drugs and increase drugs

Due to start again in Feb and my drugs have changed to 300iu Gonal F and 75 iu of Menopur whilst stimming.

Previously I was on 300iu of Menopur and had 17 and 18 eggs collected.

Bit confused as to why they have increased the drugs when the number were good on both previous cycles. Bearing in mind, they've stressed about OHSS twice with me, just worried, I'm be producing even more this time.

Also for anyone that has done Menopur and Gonal F together - am i right in thinking that's two seperate injections, ie one with the gonal F pen and one for the Menopur?

Thanks...

Hey Jam, it is good that they are changing the drugs I reckon, they must have a good reasoning behind it. Your new clinic sounds like they are willing to try new things so I'm impressed. I've always has Gonal F and Kara is right, it is just a little needle. I know 3 jabs a day isn't the best thought but it's all going to be worth it in the end hun xxx

After 5 years of endo surgery, clomid, 2 x MM/C, 2 x ICSI cycles and 1 PGD cycle,
beautiful twin girls born 8th Feb 2010, we are so grateful
