clinics in New York

Is anyone having or thinking of having treatment in New York. I am trying to work out which clinic is the best, and also one that will take women with high fsh.

Cheers

hi, bunny. i know of CNY and Cooper. Most likely there are many more. There is a USA forum that will probably have more info: IVF Connections.

Bunny,

I know it's a little late now as you asked this late last year, but a friend of mine has just been over to the Sher clinic in New York (I think that's how you spell it). They specialise in high FSH. Unfortunately it's very expensive and I know that the cycle cost them £15,000. She hasn't got pregnant although they were expecting her to. Over here, she's had a complete lack of response to stimming and hasn't produced anything. She produced 5 eggs on her cycle there and got 3 good embryos to put back. Don't know why it hasn't worked but she's over 40 now. That was here last go. They do something called oestrogen priming. I think IM in Spain also do it.

Sorry I don't know much about it but there are clinics that specialise in high FSH.

Best of luck
