thaw??

hi

just wondered if anyone knows how long it takes to thaw a sperm sample??

my reasons for asking is that my DP works away and we were planning on freezing a sample incase he cant get home.

i just wondered do they need alot of notice so they can do the thaw?

I think it can be defrosted on the spot. So only needs to be defrosted if needed.

Not sure hun but I think they can do it there and then.....I dont know much about the thaw process, might do a bit of research if I get chance today. My DH is having SSR and will have to have his thawed on the day of my EC so I guess I need to know things like this too ?(

Good luck hun, I`ll let you know if I find any useful info...
