natural

Hi

my partner and I are starting ICSI in July. However, i was wonderng if anyone has had a BFP without treatment, but with a partner with poor sperm count and mobility? We have been told that the chances of a natural BFP are 1%. Has anyone had any successful natural BFP's with a partner/ husband with this problem ?
