abnormal sperm scan

Hi all
My husband has a high number of abnormal sperm and is undergoing tests at the mo to find out why. He had his scan on his parts today to check for blockages, but the doctor said they were all fine and didn't see any blockages. Just wondered if anyone might know what eles could be causing the abnormalitiy? ?(
thanks

Hi Duckworth,

My DH also has a lot of abnormal sperm and they said it might be due to one of his testicles not descending at birth. I think he had an op when he was really young to drop it, but they figured the heat may have caused long term damage.

Good luck hun!

My DH has high abnormal sperm but we've never had this investigated and just started ICSI. Should we push for an investigation or just accept diagnosis? He's taking the vitamins with hopes of improvement.
