CARE, Sheffield

Hi I have noticed an advert on the tram in Sheffield for CARE.
I have seen a couple if threads on here about the Manchester one but non about Sheffield. Does anybody know anything about it?
Should I ring them and ask what the first step is?
Does anybody have any idea of how much approx it may cost.
We need ICSI due to low sperm count.

We did go to them. Had some tests done and were given results showing problems for both me and DH. Shortly after that we got our NHS appointment and their tests showed absolutely no problems at all for either of us. I don't really know what the truth of the matter was.

Aside from that, CARE was a very clean, friendly and professional place and I'm afraid thats all the info I have, sorry if thats not very helpful.

Care Sheffield

Hi all,

I am having IVF at Care Sheffield and have nothing but good things to say about them.

Appointments always on time (unlike previous experiences) atmostphere and surrounding lovely and staff great.

Proceedures are different to what I was used to from previous cycles at Jimmy's, Leeds but on a positive note.

I am testing on 4th May, 2WW nearly over, it will have been a real long wait but fingers crossed it will be worth wait!!! :goodnews:

Would be lovely to hear from anyone else having treat ment at care [zx033]

I am under Dr Shaker amd find the place to be really friendly, the nurses are great and appiontments always on time.

You can call and talk to a nurse any time and they are really helpful.

It worked for me and although I lost the baby, I will be going back there for round 2.
