Oxford or ARGC? FET? PLEASE Help!

Hi,

Last November we had our 1st ICSI at JR, Oxford, which resulted in a BFN. I have PCOS (and DH has male factor) and after stimms I had about 50 follicles, but only ended up with 10 eggs. I had to 'coast' for a couple of days to avoid the risk of OHSS. Out of those 10 eggs, 4 fertilised. The best 2 embies were transferred, and the other 2 have been frozen.

I am about to start another fresh cycle, but when I got my schedule through from Oxford, the clinic are doing exactly the same as they did before, ie 150 iu of gonal f. So I will probably overstimulate again. It has annoyed me that they haven't learnt from my last failed cycle. Oxford also do not want to consider blasts.

Anyway, to cut a long story short, I am now wondering whether to do a FET with my 2 frosties at Oxford in early April. If the FET results in a BFN, then move to the ARGC. I am a teacher, so I would ideally like to do the cycle at the ARCG during my summer holidays. Should I apply to the ARCG now to get the ball rolling, but in the meantime do a FET with Oxford? The ARCG have very good results.

Or maybe I should do another fresh with Oxford? I just don't know! IVF with ICSI at Oxford is £3600 + the cost of drugs. I know the ARGC is a lot more and travelling there (from Reading) would be a hassle.

Sorry to waffle on! I have to make a decision soon. Oxford think I am going ahead with a fresh cycle. They said that with only 2 frosties, it would be better to do a fresh cycle, as the frosties might not survive. So I have to let them know ASAP if I've changed my mind.

Any advice would be very much appreciated! Has anyone had any experience with either clinic? Has anyone done FET with just 2 frosties?

Many thanks.

Jan (age 34 in April).
