Drugs extra - for me £450 as on low stimms dosage (2 amps per day)

Assisted hatching - £95 (can't remember if this was per embie or in total for the 2)

So total around £4k

Hi Chatterbox

I has 2 self funded Icsi in LWH in 05 & 06. Paid about £3K the first time including Icsi and the cost of the drugs had gone up a few hundred second time round. We had to pay the consultant fee on the inital consultation and the balance before tx started. Although I noticed they now take credit card as payment with approx 2.5 or 3% handling fee.
Additional costs to budget for are travel (also coming from Wales) the toll for the tunnel and parking. It does all add up!!

You can access their latest prices online by looking up LWH and then go onto Hewitt Center for Reproductive medicine.
