RE: Vitamin and supplement list

Jeez that looks like a pharmacy list :happy:

I take daily a good multivitamin, high strength b-complex, folic acid, vitamin c, one 1000mg fish oil.

I tell you that I tried high dose fish oil for a month and then had NK's retested, didn't bring mine down although they do say they can lower.

My advice (am a Kinesiologist and have done nutrition course if it means anything :smile:) is not to take too much, make sure you have a good multivitamin and high dose b-vitamins at least...vit c is important too. Be careful with herbs as most of them you can't take if you get pregnant and they can really effect the hormones so you should know what your taking and for what. Sounds like you are being advised well on the herbs though. I personally think with an extensive list like the one's below your body has got so much going into it, it won't know what to do with it all. If your body doesn't need it, it won't use it. In kinesiology we test nutrition to make sure your body wants it.

Marilyn Glenville supposed to be very good, my friend saw her prior to conceiving.

A lady who had her baby on November 10th, said she had;
Lovenox 30ml twice daily
Synthroid 88 mcg once daily
Trental 400 mg once daily
Folgard 2.2 once daily
Dexamethasone 10 mg once dialy (stopped at ten weeks)
Metformin 500 mg three times daily (stopped at 12 weeks)
Progesterone Oil two IM injections daily (stopped at 16 weeks)
Ceftin ( I can't remember the dosage and I only took it when NKs were high)
Wobenzym N six tablets daily
Omega Brite (Omega 3 supplement) three casules daily
Calcium supplement
Low Dose Aspirin 81 mg
Bee pollen 3 capsules daily
Prenatal Vitamin

she also said she did acupuncture twice weekly throughout the first trimester and once weekly after that. and also had it the day before the transfer and the day after transfer.

Please note this is for research only, and I am not advising that people should take all of these.

Just found out the lady above who had her baby on November 10th said;

"I was diagnosed with categories 1, 2 and 5 by the Beer Clinic. I have PCOS, Antiphospholipid Syndrom (APS), MTHFR, Anti-ovarian antibodies (AOA), thyroiditis, elevated NKs and low LADs. Part of my treatment in addition to the meds was LIT. We ended up going four times, twice while I was pregnant. We had the good fortune that it not only raised my LADs but lowered my NKs significantly."

-in case it helps???

Hiya, I am taking Pregnacare conception and Omega fish oil capsule from Sainsbury. I had gone wheatfree and Dairly-less for a while, but I have restarted Dairy and occasionally eat wheat. I had gone off them to mainly see if it affects my Endo. I am not an official immunie as yet.
