What's the difference between Intralipids and IVIG?

Hi everyone

does anyone know what's the difference between Intralipids and IVIG?

I heard;

> 1.Intralipids and ivig, both help to reduce NK cells immune problems
> 2. ivig is made from blood product and it is very expensive
> 3. intralipids is made from soya, and it is not expensive

I've been advised that I need IVIG, but its soooo expensive, maybe I can opt for Intralipids instead??? (and humira)
