Hey Kar1, Sorry only just spotted this reply! It went so so well thanks hun. I will post what i wrote in my diary straight after EC

"Firstly HUGE thankyou for all my well wishes, believe me they have worked a bloody treat!!!!!

Guess who managed to get .......15 eggies happydance
I have been :bawl: tears of absolute joy since they pulled the first one out !!

Not only that but the lovely Dr Shaker is quite happy to go ahead with ICSI AND IVF on Wednesday or Thursday (all being well)

You all know how scared i was about the whole procedure, well i can honestly say it was not nearly as bad as i had worked it up to be
Having the local injection wasn't pleasant nor was removing the first eggie from my left Ovary but then it was plain sailing for the remainder, i was a complete wuss but think that most of the tears were because i was so emotional about the whole thing. I can now say i actually enjoyed it - FREAK!

The team were amazing and so was my lovely Paul!

I am slightly peeved the nurse told me we may not have ET last Friday as it has caused unecessary stress but then saying that i suppose she was just keeping me informed of everything.
I am very sorry to you girlies beacause it is you lot who have had to put up with my bad vibes and mop up my tears for which i truly appreciate and love you all for even more than i already did!

My PMA is well and truly back iam so pleased to say i am back in the right frame ofmind to do this! Anyway i'm getting all emotional again so i will hold it right there, for now!

Hope your all enojying this sunny bank holiday!!

Thanks again!""

Back to today then, I have just called to see how my [zx014] and Paul's [zx151] like each other and i am just as thrilled asi was yesterday!!

We had 7 for ICSI (all of which were mature) and 6 fertilised!
We also had 8 for IVF (4 of which were mature) and 4 fertilised!

Sarah the embryoligyst says she would normally want to freeze some at this point but because we have a no. to play with she would like us to see how they develop between now and Thursday and then place the strongest looking ones back in onThursday afternoon! So fingers crossed they survive, i think they are in good hands

I will get another update call tommorow! This is exciting, i really thought our dream was over only the other day! blowkiss

Hi Ellie,

How are you feeling today?? I am still really bloated and i could find any trousers to fit me this morning had it been the w/end i would have stayed in PJ's!!

My pains seem to be dissappearing at least and am just waiting for my tummy to go down!
