Jo you are just right!! Do it when you are ready as you really need to be in the right frame of mind for all this.

Those of you that went to gcrm, I’ve read that I need to have a copy of my tests and husbands to date. Do I just ring RFC for all of these? Or what way does it work, I’m hoping to start the process again during the summer so I want all my paperwork ready to go. Thanks

You have to request them in writing you send them in a letter saying you want them then a few weeks they send you back a letter telling you they are ready and you have to pick them up within 4 weeks the wont post them you have to pick them up in person

Just rfc when you write the letter both you and your other half need to sign it.all you have to put in it is that you wish to recive a summery of your treatment short and sweet

Injection query

Hi girls

I have a query... I had my 2nd scan this morning and the dr has asked me to do another 2 days of injections. He said the follicles aren’t big enough yet? But he didn’t tell me what size they are. Has this happened to anyone else? I was on day 12 so I’ll do 14 now instead. Thanks in advance, the downside of not having friends with fertility problems I guess.

Fingers and toes I’ve heard that happen to a few other people, it’s a good thing so don’t worry.

Hi ladies!
I haven’t posted very much on here, but was wondering if anyone has been in a similar position.
I’m 9 days post transfer after my first round of ICSI. Test day is on Thursday of this week.
I’ve been bad, and have tested earlier than they said, thinking it would put my mind at ease, but I’m still in overdrive because I know I shouldn’t have tested yet and the reading could be false as transfer was fresh.
I tested last night with a clear blue digital was positive, and then again this morning with a clear blue and have a faint ish line, but it came up quite quickly and the line is defiantly there. Is it too soon to call the clinic for them to confirm with a blood test (not sure if the royal even do this, or if you have to wait until 3 weeks scan to confirm) or should I just wait and see what happens when I try again on Thursday? I’m hesitant to get excited as I know I shouldn’t even be testing yet, and it all feels too good to be true. Did any one else test too early and get a positive? Would be so appreciative of any advice Xxx

Hi hopeful lady thanks so much for replying and congratulations on your twins that’s amazing!
I’m glad I’m not the only one who couldn’t last until test day, and that it can still be a real positive at this point. I tested again this morning and I’m still getting a faint line. Just praying it sticks in there. X

Hi fingersandtoes19, I have had 2 previous cycles and neither of them stuck to the schedule, I was on injections for a week extra the first time and got 4 eggs and 4 extra days the second time and got 5 eggs. So its nothing to worry about just sometimes takes a bit longer to grow the eggs.
I'm on my 3rd cycle now, on day 6 of my injections and have my first scan on Friday with planned egg collection next Thursday (though with my track record I'm not holding my breath lol).
Good luck with your egg collection tomorrow! Fingers crossed for lots of lovely mature eggs xxx
ICSI #1 - 05/18
4 eggs - 2 x day 3 embryos - :BFN:
ICSI #2 - 10/18
5 eggs - 2 x day5 early blasts - :BFN:
ICSI #3 - 05/19
16 eggs - 1 blast - ??
