FET again!! help, advice please

Hi everyone, it has been a while once i have been on here, so heres what i have been up to....
August 2015 i had fet with 2 adopted embryos at Arleta Ivf in Prague which was unsuccessful, with the advice from the doctor, the following month i went again and had the exact same procedure/doctor/clinic and it was successful resulting in a twin pregnancy. :)
I went into premature labour at 26 weeks resulting in the birth of my son and daughter and after 3 months in hospital they came home on 16th june 2016 with no problems.
I am now booked in with the same clinic to have the same procedure again in August, but this time i am having just 1 embryo :)
I have totally forgot everything i did for the successful treatment and due to being rushed off my feet with the twins and still having baby brain, i have no idea what to do.
So far i have purchased pineapple and walnuts and started taking folic acid and i have booked in for a endo scratch in 2 weeks (which i never did last time).
What am i missing??
Thanks in advance
claire ^^

They say avocado helps too. I ate several of them before my last successful tx.

Good luck.

Two gorgeous boys.
