Having highlights in my hair whilst DR

Hey ladies!

I'm due to have my highlights touched up this evening as they are horrendous. I'm on week 2 on DR and due to hopefully start stimming on 1st Oct. am I ok to get the highlights done now? I'm worried!! :-/

Ive read so many different things on this, some say fine some say fine before stimming only but not after.

Help!! X

Yes you'll be fine - the dye won't touch your scalp at all so in my opinion there's no risk. I had highlights done in both my pregnancies and treatments

Good luck! Xx

Ahh thanks... I did go ahead and the hairdresser also said the same thing about the scalp, plus the highlights I have are organic and made from plants so better anyway. It's amazing how just having your hair done can make you feel soooo much better.

have my DR scan and blood test on Monday so keeping my fingers crossed that everything is as it should be so i can start stimming on the 1st, i'm so over the DR now.

Xxx
