NHS PGD CRGH - Poor response
NHS PGD CRGH
Hi guys,
I am a newbie that just stumbled unto this thread and wondered if anyone could offer some advise.
We just went through the pgd process at crgh for sickle beta thalassemia. It wasnt successful
I didnt respond very well to stimulation, and they were only able to
collect 3 eggs, one got to the final stage for testing but ended up
coming back as inconclusive. Our consultant is now saying they may not
be willing to do another round for us even though I thought under NHS we
were allowed 3 tries.
I am very frustrated and don't know what to do. Like they are not
willing to even tweak the process to give us a real chance at having a
baby.
Any advise please?
Hi, I am sorry to know you have troubles. I can't help much as a friend of mine is starting ivf with pgs ngs in a week time. Just want to wish you good luck with yr treatment. xx
Hi,
This is an older post, however it would be interesting to find out how you got on. If you are still stuck, I would suggest to look for a second opinion and possibly a different approach if you have not responded

you will find a consultant that is more willing to think outside the box for you.
