We're just starting out at Exeter and wondering if anyone has experiences to share. So far, ours have been mixed and I know a lot of people complain about never being able to get through on the phone.

Just wanted to say hi and welcome

I've no knowledge of your clinic but hopefully there are members out there who do!
Good luck with your tx.

Nobody else at Exeter?

I use this clinic and I think they are wonderful! Yes, they can be slow to respond to phone messages, but that's because they make sure the right person gets the message and that they can reply in full.

Exeter

Hello,

we are with Exeter and have been for the past 3 cycles, we find the staff very friendly and feel relaxed when there but i do feel that we have to push them for info or to try new treatments/meds instead of them offering or producing the information for us.

Hope this helps.
