down reg day 1

Hi I wonder if anyone can help?

I started down regging on day 1 of AF - I've always done day 21 in the past. Well I thought it was day 1, when I start I normally just start, I don't spot for a few days first. The problem is, my AF seems to have slowed and isn't starting as heavily as it normally does - now I'm worried I started taking the spray too soon - or could it be that taking the spray is slowing it down? Has anyone else had the same thing happen?

Thanks

Emma

as long as your period had started you will be fine hun, it will just be the drugs in your system, you may find it will last longer or that you will get another bleed, i have had the same problem in the past too with starting on day 1

af has now come to a complete standstill. Great. I'm never going to down reg if my womb doesn't shed itself so to say.

Please don't worry. The DR affect your af. It will be perfectly fine.
