Hypnotherepy

HI

I have my first appointment with a hypnotherepist on thursday and was wondering if anyone out there has had/ is having it. I'm primarily going because I figure if i can't have a baby then I might as well try to stop want one. I'm not entirly sure if hypnotherepy will work for this, but any help the stress, and frustration will help? Any pointers am I looking from the wrong direction.
