DHEA and immune problems - a problem?

Hey there ladies - quick question!!


So I woke up this morning and noticed when going to the loo a HUGE amount of egg white cervical mucus - it was completely clear and stretched for about 5/6 inches and there was loads of it. I know I have ovulated / ovulating as nipples hurt. I have never ever experienced egg white cervical mucus before (only since starting DHEA).

Anyway - I'm excited about this but also concerned. I am 3 months into my DHEA treatment and start my next fertility treatment in a couple of weeks.... I read somewhere that DHEA can be damaging for people with autoimmune problems...l know my gynae whilst a fertility specialist doesn't specialise (like Mr G) with immune problems and wondered whether he's missed something?

Could you ladies let me know if you have ever been subscribed DHEA or were warned off it?

DH: 33 - all fine
TTC: 3.5 years
feb 2010 - feb 2011: x5 cycles of clomid - all :BFN: :headache
March 11 - Jan 2012 x 4 Grondatrophin cycles - x2 :BFP: sadly both MC (5 wks/8 wks) :sniff:

July 12 - Natural :BFP: MC at 8.5 weeks bigcloud

Don't worry I'm going to reply to my own thread - i actually just looked at the immunies and the large number of you who are on DHEA under Dr G!
