7 weeks tomorrow and still no morning sickness

I know being sick is not a delightful thing but I am kinda worried that I am not getting this! Couple weeks ago I had 2 days of nausea but that's it! :sniff: This is making me really stressed that I am not actually BFP. bigcloud

Don't worry!! Just because ms is a symptom, it doesn't mean you HAVE to get it!! Every pregnancy is different - not having ms doesn't mean anything. I never had it! Just relax and enjoy your pregnancy

That's only 10 days, hopefully that will give you some reassurance. TRY not to overanalyse anything at this stage. Easier said than done I know! Hopefully others will pop along to give you some support with their positive stories xxx

Hi! I'm only a few weeks ahead of you, but I just wanted to reassure you that not everyone gets sick. I certainly haven't been sick, I've occasionally felt nauseous, but mostly used it as an excuse to eat what I want (not what DH has suggested :snigger: !!!) I know it's tough going, I've been terrible myself, got referred to EPU and was scanned for reassurance, I completely understand your worries but you're probably experiencing other symptoms like tiredness, change in appetite, ooh the good one is constipation!!! You're body will change in different ways to other people's just look out for the signs that you have.

Thanks fuzzy bee. Yes I do have other symptoms but I wonder if these are due to other things. Like the very sore tender painful boobs,I am still on cyclogest pesseries so I wonder if it's the progesterone that's making boobs sore. Also I have a huge appetite at moment and normally I don't! I'm extremely tired but I have heard that cyclogest can also make you feel tired! I really need to stop my mind over thinking everything. :scared:

Hi kittenlove,

Easier said than done but try not to worry about symptoms, some people don't get any at all! The fact that you feel anxious/worried about not being pregnant can actually be a symptom!

Hope you feel better soon and best of luck. Take care, love, macD xx

Kittenlove, congrats on your pregnancy. Please don't worry about the lack of ms. I had nothing, no symptoms of any kind. I drove my DH mad for 40 weeks. Everyone else had ms, brown lines on their tummy, cravings etc and I had zilch. Count yourself lucky, I know you're looking for some firm proof symptom wise but maybe you're just going to have a perfect pregnancy.

Congratulations on your pregnancy sweetie and like the rest of these lovely ladies have said - try not to overanalyse your symptoms. Some people are hardly sick at all, some horrendously so. Some really tired, some not at all. It doesn't mean bad news - it is just the way that your body is dealing with this pregnancy! Wishing you all the best! xxx

I had no sickness or even feeling it at all through my pregnancy. I kept wanting it to happen to make it feel more real! Until he started moving around inside me I wouldn't of known I was pregnant. Infact I had no symptoms whatsoever apart from major hunger for a few weeks at the beginning. Count yourself lucky, thats what I kept getting told.
You've had your BFP now start believing :) Good luck :)

kittenlove I told you hun some feel some dont nothing wrong with it ,but it is really normal to feel this way , nausea is what you will feel ,no need to get sick :snigger: , I feel good today for example as for the previous days had something I would call nasty heartburn but not been sick ,so you see this isnt a factor ,it is just the way some people body reacts to the oestrogen and hcg ,not everyone does, before my trigger my oestrogen was over 10500 wich is real high and i should have felt really ill ,but i didnt , with my pregnancy before when everything was going ok I was not sick and weird that I was sick when things were not ok ,so you see this is not a factor of how healthy the baby is ;) [zx127]
