Spearmint Tea

Hi ladies

I suffer with PCOS and sadly I have ALL of the symptoms and more! X( Just been goggling excess hair as I have more now than ever before, Ive found a few new black hairs on my chest today!! :-( Ive had laser treatment for facial hair but my body has never really been a problem before - but it is now

Ive read that Spearmint Tea is good for reducing hormone levels and excess hair growth - anyone heard of this? or tried it??

Im off to the shops now, Im desperate and will try anything!

Please let me know if you have tried it or heard about it

thanks :) x

purchased a tea pot and mini tea strainer now too, hoping to be hair free by next weekend!! lol :D
