Low AMH, Help!

Hi Ladies,

I am in dire need of some help.

28, Male fac infertility- ooligliospermia. Had one ovary removed in 2005 (torsion). In Jan 2008 did cycle #1 of ICSI, 9 egg, 8 fertilised, 2 went to ET, BFN, no frosties. 2nd go- we did D-ICSI, 12 eggs, shared 6 with a recipient. 2 immature, 4 had ICSI and 2 survived and put back- BFP- Baby Boy born May 09.

We wanted to start the process of trying for a sibling so we went back to LWC to see, told I had to have AMH test done, had results today- 3.7 pmol/l 'Low Fertility' bracket, so they will not treat us.

I am 28, BMI nornal, I do not smoke nor drink so I am stunned to get this result, we are being told donor eggs are the only way to have another child, is this right?

My mind is running too many things through it to think straight at the moment, so I apologise that this is brief.

I just don't know what to do, we were considering DIUI because I really don't want to go through EC again (very painful last time).

Have booked to see our refering gynae next week but in the meantime, I don't know what to think or what to do, I feel gutted and horrible. :bawl:
