hot bath during DR & Stimming?

Normally, Sundays are my bath night so I can wind down the weekend and gear up for the week ahead, but couples of days ago i started my DR, can i still do it during DR and stimming?

hello Ivy
Yes you can still have a bath when stimming. Ive always had baths and was never told any different. I only have a bath at home anyway and many others are the same.
The only thing to stay clear from is things like steamers and jacouzis- things that can really over heat the body.
Best of luck on your cycle xx :P

As has been said already you are fine to have a bath during Dring and stimms. But its advised not to have them after ET. If you do have them after ET they should be hot.

Think lyns meant to say the baths following ET shouldn't be hot!
Apparently embryos cannot control their own temperature so it's best to avoid hot showers and baths! Just cool showers and baths instead!
Good luck xxx

I would not have hot baths during stimming. Hot water bottle made bleed last cycle. And definetly no hot baths after e/c though!

oh dear, guess whos stimming and went in the sauna and steam room today, 'whistles' lala oops. Oh well, at least I know now. I knew about the baths and stuff post EC, but not in the lead up to it. I'm sure one visit won't have hurt. :snigger: Thanks for the info x
