Seat belt adjuster - advice / reviews please

Hi,
I have seen the Tummy Shield advertised in magazines and was wondering if anyone had used one?
It sounds pretty good. It is a square mat that you sit on and you redirect the lap belt down through a plastic thingy ?o( It means that if you're in an accident the lap belt is not pressed against baby at all.
I do worry a lot and thought that this may help with worry whilst travelling.
If not used this one are there any other seat belt adjusters which you have used.
Thanks
Laura xx

I use the Clippasafe Bump Belt and would recommend it. It cost £20 from Mothercare and you can also get it from Amazon. I haven't had any problems with it but the elastic is starting to lose shape now. (It's the elastic that holds the seat belt under your bump if that makes sense). Work paid for mine as I drive a lot for my job. Therefore the Bump Belt got a lot of use. I know there are more expensive ones avaiable. Mine went under the bump - fastened either side of the hips- but some are fastened between the legs. I never fancied that personally.

You could have a look at Amazon website as they often have reciews. Perhaps Kiddicare website would be helpful too.

I used the clippasafe one too. Bought one in blooming marvellous for about £20 but needed another (it was too much faffing about for me to change it between seats and sometimes my dh drove) so picked one up on ebay for about £5.
